"We were 2 couples (brother and our spouses) along with our 18 yo grandson. Check-in was clear and seamless. Great location! Near Leopold's, a variety of restaurants, river walk, hop on, hop off bus tours, DOT free buses, easy walk about city. Typical city noises but nothing too disturbing. Large rooms, comfortable beds and a sofa sleeper."

"If you want to walk out your door to tennis, pickleball, or The Salty Dog this is your location! The beach is an easy short walk as well. The unit comes with two bikes and easy to rent others right in South Beach. The unit is as shown and is comfortable. The kitchen was lacking cooking and baking equipment. I did co tact the host and they brought over a few missing items. Overall they are responsive and this is a nicely updated unit. "

"If you have dog allergies, you will suffer in this unit, it has a lot of dog allergens left over from dogs staying there. Unit is smaller than some of the others we rented at the Bluff Villas. Bathrooms small and dated. No beach towels provided. Otherwise all good. "

"Easy check in process. Wonderful location. We stayed in the same area last year so we knew it would be great before we got there. The only complaint we had was towels left in the washer from the guests before but that was an easy fix. We will definitely be back"

"It was VERY MUSTY and not clean… pictures on VRBO were very deceiving … the place was very dark . It was so musty and smelly that one of the men staying in our group of 4 had to go to the urgent care to get steroids etc and my husband was having difficulty breathing … will not stay or will not recommend that unit again… very disappointed as we have good friend who own in the same cul de sac"
