"Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again. "

"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

"This property is in a great location and every room has a lovely view. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Collieure. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and bright with everything you need. The reception staff was most pleasant and able to converse in English which was greatly appreciated. Miriam welcoming from start to finish. She was very gracious and professional. I hope to stay here again some day. Expedia came through once again. "

"Enjoyed our stay, lovely position with a great view from the large balcony. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to clean the small kitchen area before we left but a cleaning kit is supplied and it wasn’t really an issue,we also had to take our rubbish to the outside bins before we left. Lovely pool and good restaurants around the port. All in all good value for money."

"Totally bare facility. AC not found or not working. Had to rent linen. Not a hotel but a rental apartment where you have to bring everything with you except for the bed itself. "

"Appartement confortable très bien placé à bon tarif. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Le logement est propre, parfait pour une famille car on dispose d'une place confortable. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

Emplacement et tarif au top !

"Appartement confortable très bien placé à bon tarif. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Le logement est propre, parfait pour une famille car on dispose d'une place confortable. Great place to stay in Perpignan

"Fantastic hotel in Perpignan. Room was very spacious and clean. Reception and bar staff very helpful. Room top terrace was an added bonus on a sunny January afternoon. Could not fault the hotel and have stayed in many hotels at 3 times the price which fell short of what the Dali offered."
