Two-sided duplex house. The back of the house overlooks a natural area in the immediate vicinity of the coast. At the front, the main room (30 m2) is extended by a terrace (10 m2) overlooking the garden.
Access is via the impasse de la Mirande and a private road. Children therefore have a playground protected from traffic. The calm is exceptional. The private parking allows you to park the car or cars in front of the house.
Nature (coastal strip), the sea and the fishing port are within immediate reach. The house is close (50 m) to the coastal path. It gives access to the cove of La Mauresque, sheltered from the prevailing winds, where swimming and fishing are possible.
The village center and shops are within walking distance.
The house is particularly well equipped. The large main room is perfectly separated from the three bedrooms.

Tranquil location, but property is tired
We spent a very long weekend (5 nights) in Port Vendres. The property has all necessary facilities, however it is quite tired and would benefit from a deep clean and re-decoration. Also, it is a pitty there is no view of the sea from the house, however a few seconds walk and the stunning views across to the jetty are all exposed. The house benefits from being a little out of the way with no passing traffic (pedestrian or car) hence very tranquil. The house is well placed for many stunning walks - the area is steeped in history. Port Vendres, being a working port, has some excellent fish restaurants, and freshly caught fish is available from the quayside morning and night. Communication with Pascal was perfect, his directions to the house were spot on. Overall we had a great break, and it was reasonable value for money.

etwas in die Jahre gekommen
das Haus ist wohl vom Besitzer als persönliches Ferienhaus genutzt und entsprechend eingerichtet. Doch leider sind viele Dinge nicht mehr zeitgemäß und etwas herunter gekommen. Für den gezahlten Preis kann man megr erwarten, schade.

Puente en Portvendres
Puente de tres días en Portvendres en una casa muy tranquila. Situada a ni 5 minutos del puerto. Párquing delante de la casa. Casa con : 1 habitación con dos literas ( 6 camas). Una habitación con una cama de matrimonio. Y una habitación ( cuarto de la lavadora) en el que apenas cabe un sofà cama. Hay dos lavabos ( uno con ducha y fregamanos, otro muy pequeño con un wc) Casa con distintos niveles, hay escaleras.

Un séjour mémorable à Port-Vendres !
La maison de Pascal est très agréable et idéalement placée, au cœur du joli village de Port-Vendres, entre Collioure et le cap Béar. Elle dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un week-end mémorable, et une super terrasse pour profiter des soirées ensoleillées ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Noces de vermeille sur la Côte Vermeille...!
Maison très agréable, confortable, parfaitement équipée, joliment décorée, terrasse et petit jardin très appréciés (en particuliers par nos 2 chiens...). La situation est idéale, même si il n'y a pas de vue sur la mer; il suffit de marcher 3 minutes pour admirer le paysage grandiose. A 10 minutes à pieds du centre et des commerces. Places de parking devant la maison.Le calme et la tranquillité sont très appréciables. Magnifiques promenades et activités à proximité directe. Deux excellents restaurants à 5 minutes de la maison! Super contents de notre choix!!!

Globalement très bien
Petite maison de vacances mitoyenne sur les hauteurs de Port-Vendres, idéalement placée pour accéder au village et aux espaces naturelles aux alentours. Cuisine très bien équipée et décoration avec beaucoup de goût. Les petits points faibles : la literie des chambres doubles serait à améliorer et il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que la 2ème chambre avec lit double est située dans la buanderie dans l'entrée avec un canapé lit sans espace pour circuler ni chauffage. Sinon, la maison est parfaite pour une famille (parents / enfants).

Logement chaleureux et fonctionnel
Tout est conforme au descriptif, le logement est bien équipé, la terrasse est très agréable, nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité du sentier du littoral. Seuls (petits) inconvénients : la vue n'est pas très dégagée, et nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter au wifi.
