The apartment is situated in a historic Art Deco warehouse, which was converted into modern residential apartments in 2006. It is on a quiet road, set back just behind the beautiful port. There is a secure private parking space within the building which belongs to the apartment. You can walk from the car to the apartment without leaving the building.
The apartment entrance is on the second floor. The spacious, open plan living and dining area opens out onto the south-facing terrace, which has views of the surrounding hills and part of the port. There is a step onto the terrace. There is a staircase inside the property which leads down to the next level, where there are three bedrooms and bathroom/WC.
Sheets and towels can be rented for your stay, at a cost of 25 Euros per bed. This can be arranged directly with our agent (we will send details when you book).
The apartment is located one street behind the port, so it is fairly quiet and private. A two-minute walk will take you to the centre of the little town, with its beautiful port, shops and restaurants.
If you would like to visit Collioure, you can drive there in 5 - 10 minutes, or walk there in 25 minutes. There is also tourist bus service, which is usually available in the Summer which takes you there in 10 minutes.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, St Cyprien and Canet are nearby, and you can drive to them all in 15 -30 minutes.
