The Space:
For the sleeping arrangements, upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms, Bedroom 1 contains a super king bed. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds which can be made into a king size bed. Bedroom 3 contains a single bed. The living area also contains a sofa bed. The Bedding is provided for this and is stored under the stairs and in the coffee table.
There is a shower room with toilet and this property also features a traditional Welsh outside toilet, also known as a "ty bach" in Welsh or an "outhouse,"
Downstairs are two reception rooms, each with a comfortable sofa and smart TV. For those traveling for work there is a laptop working space with chair underneath the stairs by kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you could need for dining in. including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer (located in outside building), an air fryer and that all important Tassimo coffee machine! There is ample space for you to enjoy your meals including a kitchen dining table and breakfast bar.
Outside you will find a beautiful self contained patio garden which contains furniture including a table, chairs and parasol for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is a large, secure building you can access through the rear lane or garden which you are welcome to use for storage of bikes, paddleboards and surf boards.

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You will not be sharing with anyone.
