You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway or any other roads to cross to get to the beach.

Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value for your money.

THINGS TO KNOW:
• Our property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.
• We value security and have one video doorbell. The camera is facing the street and has no view of the inside the unit nor back patio. The active recording is taking place of the outside in front of our unit.
• The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• All guests including infants and children must be included in your party size when making a reservation.
• We accomodate 9 guests some times. An additional daily fee $30 applies for the 9th guest, regardless of age (0-100 years old).

My family and I came to Mexico Beach for a few days and found the perfect rental! Veronica thought of everything to allow us to have a perfect stay. The unit was beautiful, well kept, and very clean. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The beach home was beautiful! I love the beach Decorations. Home was very clean and newly renovated. Everything was nice. Beach walk extremely close and the neighbors were all very friendly/informative. I like that the beach wasn’t crowded or busy. The owner had great communication too. We will have to return sooner than later.

This was the cutest and coziest condo!! Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed plus some! The owners are very sweet and prompt with communication. It is a very short walk to the beach. Absolutely zero complaints! I will be returning hopefully sooner than later!

Lovely getaway
Townhouse is clean, nicely decorated, and located about a 3 minute walk to the beach entrance. So nice that the kitchen includes basic pots, pans, knives and spices. Clear communication from owner. Mexico Beach is being rebuilt so there is quite a bit of construction. Very few restaurants but some good food trucks. Very quiet scene with beautiful, uncrowded beaches.

A Great, Clean, Well-Equipped Place at the Beach
Great place to stay! We bought lots of fresh seafood nearby and cooked practically all of our meals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The place was well kept and extremely clean. The host was extremely prompt with communicating as was very helpful with the stay. Couldn't ask for anything to be better. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Clean, quiet, family friendly beach home
Extremely well maintained, clean, quiet, & family friendly! Can’t say enough great things about this spot. Very short walk to the beach & you do NOT have to cross the highway, which is a huge bonus with small kids. In most town homes you hear your neighbors at all hours, but not here! Super quiet and comfortable. Plenty of kid friendly items, which made it feel very homey. Lots of extras in the kitchen, which was super helpful when we cooked meals in. Easy walk to a few shops and a new brewery, which had great food. We look forward to coming back! Big thank you to the host, who made sure we had all the info we needed to have a successful trip.

Veronica’s Place in Mexico Beach
Our month stay at Veronica’s was everything we had hoped for. The house is perfectly located for beach, shopping, fishing and all the things we looked for in a rental. She pays attention to detail with a lot of extras especially in the kitchen. She was extremely gracious allowing us an early arrival. We highly recommend Veronica’s place. We’ll go back for sure!!!

Absolute Perfection!!!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. This place is a very short walk to the beach! The home itself was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice back patio area for cooking and hanging out. Property was very clean and exactly as described! We will definitely rent again! Communication with the owner could not have been better. She was very informative and easily accessible.

Peaceful and well equipped condo
Communication was absolutely on point. We had no problems checking in, the digital locks are great. Plenty of beach stuff for all ages. Love the extra couch as my teens hate sharing. Owner left a few unexpected amenities like coffee and bug spray. Plenty of start up stuff like paper towels, soap, and trash bags. Short walk to the very clean beach. Even though the town is still rebuilding there was plenty to do. Most definitely would stay again.

Weekend Stay
We did not spend much time at the property while we were in Mexico Beach. We went out on a 12 hour charter on Saturday but we did get a good nights rest before and after our fishing trip. Upon arrival we noticed that the housekeeper had cleaned but not put her cleaning things away. I messaged the property owner and received a quick reply. This property was exactly what we needed it to be.

Long Beach Weekend
This was a nice beach house for our 4 night get away. I believe it was slightly over-priced for the condition, but location was very good. Not having to cross 98 to get to the beach & being near both Mexico Beach Marina and Shell Shack were added pluses to the location. It has the typical townhouse environment, close parking and you know if your neighbors are home. The permanent residents in the end unit are SUPER nice folks. There is no grill (amenities list needs to be updated). The owner was very responsive via email.

Location was great and we could walk to beach and fireworks. Recommend purchasing of new towels. Our bath clothes and towels were dingy and didn't look clean. 2 outlets left side of stove do not work. My husband had to repair the toaster for it to work. All in all great visit and we would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend Mexico Beach, FL as a laid back, quieter, old Florida beach town experience with an amazing beach - clear water, soft white sand, low crowds for plenty of space. The home was lovely and comfortable, nicely located on a quiet street with the beach just a short jaunt down to end of the street, stocked with beach supplies (wagons and chairs and toys and more) and all the kitchen tools needed (and more), big couch to relax with movies after long beach days, and we enjoyed the great patio for morning coffees and ideal location to walk to shops (fresh seafood, food trucks, ice cream, etc). Veronica is a gracious host who actively communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure we were all set up and had what we needed, and made the logistics of the stay quite seamless. Again, just wonderful; we would return!

Be prepared to be #1
If your looking to be hoisted on the shoulders of your loved ones and your name chanted to the heavens, I suggest booking here. Every morning we walked the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset, found some of the coolest shells including a large pear whelk, lightning whelk, horse conch and much more. Perfect spot for boogie boarding, skimming, and swimming as well. Beach was never crowded and didn’t feel overwhelmed. Everything you could need for a perfect stay was included in the rental (the wagon was a life saver) and having the private back deck w/shower to be able to wash everything off including ourselves made clean up from the sand easy. My favorite thing? The porch attached to the master bedroom. Sitting out there listening to the ocean and watching the stars after each successful day was the cherry on top. Our host was responsive, gave great recommendations and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful, Cozy Place!
We planned a short getaway and we absolutely chose the right place! As soon as you walk in, you notice that the pictures are very representative of the actual space. What the pictures don't convey, however, is the homey, cozy feeling that you get when you walk in. The decorations are so cute and the owner has sprinkled little extra touches throughout that welcome you....popcorn, coffee, every dish/pot/pan you might need, movies, books, puzzles, games, beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, kids beach toys, etc. She is so personable and extremely quick and helpful with responses. This is a roomy, comfortable place to spend two days or a week! Our visit was rainy except for one day, and the beach was wonderful on that day! The beach is not crowded or loud, and offers the perfect relaxing, unplugged antidote to a hectic, stressful, life. Be sure to get fresh seafood from Shell Shack, which is just across Highway 98 from this property. The guys there will steam up some fresh shrimp for you and it is delicious! Thanks so much for your warm hospitality in sharing your beach home with us. We will definitely be back!
