The Florida House in Indian Pass takes every effort to make your vacation experience one you will remember. Built with families in mind, this home offers private beach access, a stunning elevated semi-circular infinity pool, sleeping capacity of (18) eighteen in beds with six ensuite bedrooms and an elevator that services all floors.
Up one flight of stairs, the front door brings you to the first floor where there are 3 masters (2 kings and 1 queen), a bunk room that sleeps 4, a laundry closet and access to the pool. Each king master overlooks the gulf and infinity pool. All master bedrooms are equipped with a tv, closet, and bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk room also has a tv, closet and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and plenty of hooks for wet suits. The pool deck boasts a bathroom, cooking area, mini fridge and ice maker, outdoor shower, and stairs leading directly to the beach boardwalk. When you enter the second floor you will find an open gourmet kitchen with unobstructed views of the ocean and St. Vincent Island that flows into the dining area inside and out. On the large screened in heated deck there is plenty of seating for dining and relaxation. Memories are made around the kitchen table and this kitchen was designed just for that. The 12 foot long custom dining table features a built in bench perfect for squeezing in all the kids, playing games and doing puzzles. A high chair is included so no family member is left out. The kitchen island is anchored by a 45” workstation sink with two faucets and flanked on both sides by matching dishwashers making clean up a breeze. There is a prep sink as well to accommodate all the cooks in the family at once. The 48” Wolf range makes cooking a joy. The kitchen also has a 48 inch built in refrigerator to hold enough food for everyone. The living room contains a fireplace, sofa, chairs and a TV. No need for water bottles with the reverse osmosis water purification system in the kitchen. The whole house also has a water softener. There is also a bunk room that sleeps 6 outfitted with a tv, bathroom with tub/shower combo and closet.
Up one last flight of stairs is the top floor retreat. A king bed overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and your private deck. Enjoy your morning coffee from the coffee bar in the morning or sit and stargaze at night. There is also a bathroom with double vanities and shower.
Indian Pass is a quiet peninsula on Florida’s Forgotten Coast. It is a place where people come to catch a glimpse of “Old Florida” at its best. This quiet strip of land is flanked by the Indian Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. Pet friendly, barely occupied white sand beaches offer miles and miles of peaceful adventures and some of the Gulf’s best fishing! At the end of the road is the Indian Pass Raw bar. A short drive will take you to plenty of other dining and shopping on Cape San Blas and in the historic towns of Port St. Joe and Apalachicola.
