Come and enjoy our beautiful gulf view cottage, just steps to the sugar white sands of Mexico Beach. This 2 BR/1BA cottage has recently been remodeled top to bottom. Easy walking distance to beach access (350 ft to the beach access across the street) and a park with a playground, tennis court, and basketball court. Fully furnished, plenty of parking (parking area large enough for multiple vehicles or large boats), with all the amenities of home! High speed internet, cable, and Netflix included. Sleeps up to 6 people with pull out couch. Come enjoy your next vacation at Salty Latitude!

Great house, great location
We loved our 3rd year staying at salty latitude. We came a little earlier than usual this year and the cooler mornings were perfect to spend at the very convenient playground then to the beach for the afternoon. The location is great and we always love our stay here.

House was fantastic; very short walk down to the immaculate beach, which is made much easier thanks to the generous provision of a cart and some chairs. Great kitchen for preparing meals and sitting out on the porch. Hope to be back one day!

This property is brand new! Nice inside and out! Even had a beach wagons, umbrella and chairs for the beach! Just a short walk to the beach was very convenient! The owners were very responsive to questions! Can’t wait to return next summer!

Loved Salty Latitude!
The property was exactly as shown in VRBO. It was very clean & felt just like home right away. The king size bed was very comfortable and we always got a good night sleep. The location was great because it was in a very quiet neighborhood and we could easily walk our dog on the neighborhood streets.
