Stylish and cozy 2,300 square foot 4 bedroom/4 full bathroom home located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Cape San Blas is a very quiet beach town and the perfect place to unwind. Relax in the heated private pool with the beach as your backyard! Have fun on the water with your kayak and paddle board. Cook dinner admiring the sunset on the park style charcoal grill.

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, a Smart TV, and sliding doors to a patio. Light blocking drapes, and new, comfortable mattresses and bedding ensure a restful stay.

An electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, and 60 inch TV make the living room a cozy place to gather. There are windows for days to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views!

The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig Duo coffee machine, a shrimp boil pot, crock pot, bakeware, etc. The dining table seats 8, with 4 additional barstools in the kitchen.

Downstairs is a game room with an air hockey table, retro PacMan machine, and wet bar. Leading out of the game room is a large covered shuffle board area and porch swing perfect for outdoor fun, rain or shine!

We loved everything about this rental! The house size was perfect for our family of 6. The house was very clean, the location was great, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having the private pool to use and our young adult kids loved the game room downstairs.

Right on the beach!
This rental ticks all the boxes! Great space, each room has its own private bath, attractive furnishings, HEATED POOL!! The beach chairs were a plus and easily carried to our own private beach. Restaurants nearby and a short drive to Port St. Joe for additional options, shopping and sites. We would come back!

PERFECTION
Can not ask for a better set up...one story home, 2 steps to private pool, a dozen FLAT steps to the beach! House lives wonderful, host thinks of all the little things like nite lights, organized well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, coffee filters and on and on. We are booked for 2025!

This home is beautiful, cozy and right on the beach! Kitchen is great and stocked with everything you can think of. Loved the open floor plan with a wonderful ocean view. Everything was great! I can share a lot of great details about the house and experience. Perhaps the best example that summarizes the stay…if you look off the back patio in the morning, you’re bound to see dolphins hunting for their breakfast! For those of us who live inland, that was a pretty awesome site!

CSB Is The Place To Be!
And this home directly on the beach is the place to stay! The home is loaded with everything in the listing plus the atmosphere to go with it. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 of almost everything. The home is immaculately clean. The pool is a big bonus. The location is perfect. We throughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks to our host Kara.

Absolutely Amazing!
Of all the VRBO properties I have stayed at this is by far the best. The house exceeded our expectations but the best part was our host Kara. Every detail was taken care of and her communication during our stay was above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. We hope to make this an annual family trip for years to come.

We enjoyed staying in this home. Had everything the house is decorated nicely and all the furnishings, beds were very comfortable. The pool is awesome and the beach is your backyard.... We were there in late December and the weather was ok~ we had 4 great sunny days. 4 bed 4 bath is a plus!!! Wonderful Christmas Vacation
Our family of ten, with kids ages 8-19, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool was wonderful since the Gulf water temp was a little cool. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room provided plenty of room for spending time together. And the Air Hockey table in the lower level was also a big hit! Kara was great to work with and was always quick to respond. Definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Perfect Beach Home with all the little things…
Kara is an amazing host. House is so cozy and perfect for families. We loved everyone having their own bathroom and Kara has all the little details taken care of. We simply arrived with groceries and were set. This is our second visit to the area and Kara’s home is close to several other Cape San Blas favorites - all walking distance (scallop cove, donuts, bike rentals). While the weather wasn’t the best - we still enjoyed the pool, beach, dolphin watching, and seashell hunting. We loved gathering in the open concept living room with the fireplace on and LOVED the Christmas tree setup. Lots of memories made and the home is perfect for it!!!
