Heated Pool for Winter, 300 Yards to the Beach!

Reservations include complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

We know the top two factors when planning a vacation, location and amenities. Once Upon a Tide is equipped to provide a memorable vacation for all. Prime location in coveted Windmark Beach with easy beach access, community pool, and large city center. This single family home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with accommodations for 8.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, wine cooler, and all utensils needed for a five star culinary experience. Total seating for 12 between the kitchen bar and dining room table. Two of the three porch areas are screened, providing the ideal location for morning coffee or afternoon tea. There is a gas grill available for cookouts, propane provided.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Close to the beach, Port St. Joe. Layout of home was great and we enjoyed the large kitchen and screened porches. Great location allowed us to explore alot of the forgotten coast.

Family needed a break after a long year and this was the perfect location. House was immaculate and kitchen had everything we needed. House was very comfortable and location was perfect distance to beach and city center.

Great time spent with family!
We had a great time sharing the house with our oldest daughter, her husband and kids. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space! The beach is within walking distance. The pool and Cornhole is a little further away than expected. It's a great small community for vacation away from the crowds. Overall was a wonderful get away for our family!

This home was one of my favs thus far in Windmark. It was decorated perfectly and the layout was awesome. My only negative was the fact that you can't turn the thermostat below 72. I get the reasoning but my body just really likes 68 🙂 Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Rental
Loved our stay at this beautiful and tastefully decorated house. All the rooms are so spacious and the kitchen had everything and more than you would need! We especially enjoyed all of the outside porches and comfortable furniture. There was a problem with the TV not working but they were prompt trying to resolve the issue. This did not keep us from having a great weekend! Would definitely go back!
