Baron by the Sea is beautifully decorated in an elegant but comfortable beach style and thoughtfully stocked with an abundance of amenities. Situated at the north end of the Cape; you can bike or walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just a few steps to the sand and water’s edge. This home is situated in one of the most prestigious developments on Cape San Blas. It is directly across the street from the awesome community pool and is just a short walk to the community's private beach access. The ground floor has parking for up to 4 cars, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, fire pit, kayak and beach cart. This is a reverse floor plan so, the kitchen, dining and living rooms are on the top floor which offers the best gulf views. Vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows provide a bright, airy and open gathering space. There is a large, screened porch which offers outstanding views to the gulf and community pool.
The decks provide a venue for relaxing and taking in the view. The dining table seats 6, with an additional four seats at the kitchen island and a six-seat dining table on the deck. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities, stainless appliances and plenty of granite counter space.
