Beautiful single family home located in the immaculately manicured Two Palms development on the south end of Cape San Blas.  This 1800 square foot home is complimented by its private screened-in pool for maximum privacy and comfort.  Cape Palms is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with tile floors throughout; a fabulous home for families with children and/or pets (dogs only with paid fee).  Every bedroom has a sliding glass door that accesses the large furnished decks.  Marvel over views of the gulf and the bay on either side of the property.  Just a short walk across the street from the bike path that extends the length of the entire peninsula.  Perfect place to enjoy all of the beauty Cape San Blas has to offer.

Place was filthy. Oven didnt work
If the place was properly maintained, it would be amazing. We checked into a house with dead bugs everywhere, feces on the toilets, even the keypad on the door was dying and we had isuses just accessing the house. I immediately contacted the property managers and didnt receive any contact back the whole weekend. The oven didnt heat more than 325 degrees making it useless. Wasted soo much food from not being able to cook it.

Great location, not so great cleanliness.
The house layout was great, location great, pool nice. However, the dishes were iffy. But the pots and pans...... they were horrible. Would it hurt to invest in some nicer(at least cleaner) cooking ware. The sheet pans were bad, but one of them looked like someone had been shoveling mud with it, then cooked on it, and just put it back in the cabinet. No excuse for that. All and all we had a great stay, just didn't too much cooking.

Caution stairs
Property was dirty. Stained area rug in living room. Couches were stained . Ants in kitchen. The walk to beach is a block but the boardwalk is long and long walk on dunes . Lots of stairs and slick. The guest book states that one man broke a foot and another a toe. My husband misjudged the stairs also while Carrying our dog down the stairs and almost fell. The views and deck was nice. The pool is very shaded if that is what you like. Very good service with Prestine Property.
