Bluewater Beach House is a freshly remodeled, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom quintessential gulf-front vacation beachhouse, with all the amenities you expect, and deserve, to fulfill your relaxing beach get-away dream.

The spacious kitchen is newly updated, from the high-end stainless appliances to the solid surface counters. Three bedrooms have brand-new luxurious king bedding and flat-panel smart TV's. The fourth bedroom has built-in bunks and a brand-new queen bed. En suite bathrooms adjoin two master bedrooms, and the third and fourth bedroom share a guest bath.

The spacious family room features beautiful water-front vistas, as well as a 60 inch smart TV, when you are in the movie-watching or gaming mode !

Every room in the house has ceiling fans, adding quiet comfort to your stay.

When you venture outside, the gas bbq is ready to grill your meal to perfection, while you enjoy a refreshing beverage, and feel the relaxing salt air breezing in over the pristine dune.

There is carport parking under the house, as well as generous space to store your watercraft, etc. In front. There is a large storage room, containing chairs, 'floaties' and other toys to assure that you fully enjoy the beach.

Upon your return, there is a convenient, private outdoor shower to rinse off before you go inside.

If you are ready to chill, there are two large beach-facing porches, one of which is fully screened, ideal for just 'vegging'.

Great beach getaway
Our family had a wonderful Spring Break in this home. It’s very well appointed and steps from the sand. We loved this end of Cape San Blas. It was much more private and never crowded. The owners were great and very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for some time on the sand.

Everyone in our group fully enjoyed our stay. We could not have asked for a better location - nice and quiet. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. A quick stay for the New Year
We enjoyed a short stay right after Christmas. The house was very clean and well stocked. Owners were so responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for our family and dogs. The beautiful beach is a quick walk up a few stairs and over the boardwalk. Amazing sunsets. We would love stay again. Thank you!

Spacious gulf front home
We enjoyed our beautiful and peaceful stay on Cape San Blas. The house was in a great location near the end of the Cape right on the gulf. The house was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this house. Only one problem: the gas grill was unusable since it was completely rusted out.

Great Stay!!
It was a blessing staying at this place! My family and I enjoyed every bit the house and the town had to offer, from the beach to snorkeling for scallops! So many great memories! The hosts were great and quick to respond. The house was stocked with everything you need. I had left my tool bag there on accident and they quickly sent it back to me by mail. I highly recommend this place and we surely will be back!

Memorable stay on the cape
Bluewater beach house was just what we needed! Gracious hosts, beautiful property, a perfect home away from home with cozy bedrooms, a living room/dining gathering space and a stocked kitchen with all the items you need to make meals (and smoothies!). And the cape! Sugar sand beach for daily walks, sand castles and fishing. And two state parks to explore on the cape as well as many ideas from our hosts about nearby restaurants and activities! We left the cape rested and fit and smiling.

We’ve stayed on the North Cape, gulf front for 22 yrs! This was our 1st stay at this house and it was as wonderful as ever. We had everything we needed and more. It was a beautiful house with wonderful views- especially from the top deck. All in our group were comfortable and had a great time! My son even proposed to his girlfriend with the unbeatable Cape sunset as a backdrop! I’m sad that the Cape has been “discovered”, and long gone are the summer stays of seclusion. But it still beats any place around!

Quiet beach getaway
Exceptionally clean, neat, well-furnished and located in an uncrowded beach area away from multi-unit condo buildings. Ample closet space, good size bedrooms and bathrooms with a very large master suite! The largest kitchen I have seen in a house sleeping 10. Awesome! Well-stocked outside storage with beach chairs, cart, etc. Outside steps and walkway are composite, not wood, so no splinters. So appreciate the owners' willingness to answer my questions and research the answer I had about the internet. Would love to return for another beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our week! The house was perfect and the beach and location amazing! The house had so many beach supplies we wouldn’t have even needed to bring what we did so it was such a nice bonus. The kitchen was the best stocked of any Vrbo house I’ve ever stayed in as well.
