Spend the day in the ocean or relaxing in the "gulf front elevated/heated pool" that overlooks not only the beach, but also the beach volleyball court. Spend some time playing Shuffleboard, challenge your family to a Cornhole or Ping Pong Tournament or just sit back and spot the dolphins swimming in the ocean.

After a full day in the sun, this newly constructed 5 bed/6 bath home is the perfect place to grill out by the pool or wind down and relax on the screened in porch where you're able to catch the spectacular sunset as it creates panoramic views across the house. This home is handicap accessible and can be moved about with ease in a wheelchair (it is not qualified as ADA).

Peaceful Stay
Our family had a great time. This is a perfect place for the kids. The home is off of the main road with no car traffic. There is some new home construction close by but hardly noticeable for the most part. The beach access and the beach are just beautiful along with the home itself. We have stayed in many Vrbo homes, and this one is just as nice.

Great family spring break!
We had a great time at the house! Excellent location, great furnishings and all the things a family good need for spring break! We had 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-10) with us and there was something to do for everyone. Definitely would be back and highly recommend.

Another great stay!
This is the spot if you are looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Great floor plan, pool, screened deck area, Vollyball, gaming area, a chefs kitchen, and a beach practically to yourself. We enjoyed dolphins and stingrays sightseeing throughout the day and roasting marshmallows for s’mores by the fire at night. Another memorable trip at You Name It!

beautiful house on beautiful beach
Excellent location and beautiful property. The children loved the heated pool and the games available. The view from the screened in porch was breathtaking. A stunning sun set on most nights. It rained on a couple of days but we found plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed picking up shells. The property manger was great. There was an elevator which made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. There was a well stocked kitchen and an ice maker. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!!!
My family and I have been going to the Cape for 25 years. My children now have small children of their own, and this is the best place we have ever stayed.on the Cape. The location is perfect, the house is modern, beautiful, and very well appointed. The screened porch is a big plus and of course the kids loved the the pool and game room. I don’t have a single negative about this property.

Fantastic House and Location
We couldn't be happier with the decision to stay at this house. The location is amazing and had so much beach to ourselves. The house is beautiful and has everything you would ever need. The kids loved the pool option as well as the easy access to the beach. It was super easy to talk with the host and they were very nice to deal with. We are already talking about booking for next year we loved it so much.

great location and no traffic. Home is much larger than it appears. great view of the beach from the raised pool. Easy to get around, wife in a wheel chair. accessible bath for master br is good but shower tough for wheelchair if you cannot stand under your own power. This was our second stay here and we will come back. thx!

The Best Family Fun Beach Trip
Every year our children and grandchildren vacation on the beach. This has been our most favorite of them all. Everything was very clean and fully stocked. All the guys in our family are excellent cooks and everything they needed was there. We loved the location with the awesome sandbar, and the beautiful sunrise and sunsets everyday. We enjoyed the house layout, awesome game room, games, and pool. Honestly couldn't ask for anything more. To top it off the manager was available at a minutes notice.

Secluded Beach Getaway
We took a much needed family vacation. The house was perfect! Though we only used a couple bedrooms, it could hold a much larger group. The beach was quiet and away from some of the more densely built parts of the beach. The house is located closer to middle of the peninsula, which is nice if you have to drive into PSJ. It’s also walkable to Weber’s Donuts! The house has a lot of toys for the beach so don’t worry about buying stuff to entertain the kids, there’s more than enough there (and we added a kite to that list). Only suggestion for guests is that the house didn’t have (or we couldn’t find) some basic kitchen needs, so plan to buy or bring S&P, Spices, Ziploc Bags, Tupperware, Tall Garbage Bags, Olive Oil, etc. but again, this is nothing compared to the overall experience and location. I also REALLY appreciated that the gas grill is hooked into the houses natural gas system, so no need to worry about propane! Was a great trip!

This property was gorgeous and the layout was perfect for families with a wide age range. There was plenty to do for the teenagers with the volleyball court, pool, downstairs game room, and the views and arrangement of outdoor vs indoor seating made it perfect for the adults to visit and spend time together. Mare is the absolute PERFECT most knowledgeable property owner and couldn’t be more helpful and kind. She’s made our experiences vacationing to this area a dream. We can’t thank her and her family enough!! She’s one of the reasons we continue to come back!! Love you Mare, and thanks again for everything!!!😘😘

We had a fantastic vacation in this house last week. By far the best rental house I've experienced, anywhere. The house is beautiful with a great layout. It has everything you could ever want. It's new, clean, and everything works. The location is amazing - right on the Gulf. Very quiet and private. The owner is great to deal with. We highly recommend this property and its owner. Looking forward to our next trip to Cape San Blas. We will most certainly stay in this house again. Thank you!

Family Beach Week 2024
Our family - 13 folks ( 4 families) had a wonderful stay at “U Name It”!!! The house is beautiful decorated and thoughtfully designed for extended family gatherings!! The beachfront views & location were terrific! The Fourth of July fireworks displays were amazing to watch from porch & deck areas!! The deck level pool was something new from our previous rentals, admittedly I was a bit anxious about it’s location & safety with a 3yr old in our group, but…. It was absolutely perfect & very safe!!! Our family were so pleased w everything about this home that we have already booked again for 2024.
