Look forward to blissful beach days at this fully renovated, four-level townhome featuring magnificent, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. A private elevator stops on each floor, so there's no need to struggle hauling luggage or groceries up the stairs. On the top-floor, you’ll find a spacious living area, a well-equipped, full kitchen, dining area, and a furnished balcony where you can watch the sunset over the water each night. The second and third floors each have two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The west-facing main bedrooms on each of these two floors feature private balconies with Gulf and pool views. Situated in the family-friendly, gated community of Sea Cliff, you and your guests can also enjoy the community pool and playground as well as the many common areas with boardwalks that offer easy access to the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This was a great place to visit, conveniently located near the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, loved that is was in a gated community. Overall, had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Hidden Vacation Place

Wonderful family trip
Kitchen was well stocked, unit was Clean and everything worked properly! The u it has a combo coffee maker so you can make a whole Pot or just use pods, we had my 2 year old grand daughter and 78 year old mom and everyone had a blast!!!

Get your steps in
I loved the proximity to the beach. The weather was not the best during our stay. We definately will be looking for a place with the kitchen and living area on the ground floor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice. I would not feel comfortable staying here if I had younger kids due to the stairs and elevator that had a mind of it's own at times.

Great stay at Smiles and Sunsets Cape San Blas
We were very pleased with our stay. Clean. AC was fine. Very nice kitchen. The elevator worked great for us just keep in mind it is slower than a commercial elevator and follow the directions. Great views and beach access. The pool was good. Note that check in appears to go by Central Time as Cape San Blas / Port St. Joe straddle the line of Central and Eastern time. The area is definitely not crowded, it is great for a laid back beach experience. Would not be the place for nightlife etc. Wish the unit allowed pets as most around appeared to. We were able to walk at the very nearby State park beach and see almost no one, which was nice.

Amazing!
We loved this house so much! It was beautiful and spacious and very well equipped for 8 of us. The beds were comfortable and we loved having 5 bathrooms!! The view was amazing and the pool was great. The grounds were very well cared for. There was a bin of beach chairs and toys and we put them to good use. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, pots, pans, plenty of dishes etc. Great refrigerator and coffee maker too. Loved the view of the ocean! The walk to the beache isn't exactly short but it was an easy walk with a really nice boardwalk with benches. We will absolutely be back.

Incredible place
We had the most incredible trip. Smiles and Sunsets provided everything we needed to have the best relaxing family vacation. Our kids loved the multiple floors and the playground. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. The house was spacious and so welcoming. Thank you again for having us!

Terrible place go to different unit.
We did not have hot water for the first 3 days. As a renter we had no access to the thermostat the owners control that. They had the heat on in the unit and it was miserable hot. It took until day 7 of our trip for them to turn off the heat. Vacasa who manages this place is awful! If you see them move on.

Awesome family trip!
We had 3 different families and this was perfect for us! Lots of privacy for each family but still a great area for everyone to hang out upstairs. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. The pool is really nice. There are no umbrella/chair services offered for the beach just FYI. The townhome itself was well stocked, really no negatives to talk about! Had a great stay!

Great place, amazing location!
Spent a relaxing and enjoyable week at Smiles and Sunsets with the family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s rest, easy meal prep, short walk to the beach and pool. We appreciated the multiple beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. Everyone in the community was welcoming and friendly. Great vacation spot and we hope to be back again soon!

Only stayed here because our rental wasn’t ready
We were put in this house because our rental, Once Upon a Dream, was not clean upon our arrival. The water wasn’t turned on in this unit so that took some figuring out. Not sure if it says in listing, but this is a 4 story unit, lots and lots and lots of stairs. I suppose it filled our needs for the night stay, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
