This fabulous beach home has an ideal oceanfront location, a spacious interior, and plenty of entertainment.

Guests will be in awe of the views as they take the well-lit walking path down to the beach. After a leisurely time on the sandy shore, return home to find the outdoor space equipped with a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, and yard games like ring toss and corn hole.

Inside, relax in the comfort of the living room while streaming a favorite show or movie. When hunger strikes, step into the well-appointed kitchen to prepare a delicious meal together. When it’s time to hit the hay, make your way to the three beautifully outfitted bedroom each containing their own ensuite bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

25th Anniversary trip
Beautiful home with everything needed for your stay. Location was quiet, just what we were looking for. Lots of stairs haha (a little bummed that elevator didnt work) but that would not stop us from staying here again. Close enough to town to get what you need, yet remote enough to relax and rest away from crowds. Favorite food was Skully's Low Country Boil just a hop away on Cape San Blas. Husband had a great time fishing... caught a large sandbar shark just a few houses down the beach. I enjoyed reading on the beautiful decks.

50th Birthday Getaway
Our stay was very relaxing! House had everything we needed. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. No complaints besides the elevator did not work. There are so many stairs. Be ready to climb! Also at the end of the boardwalk to the beach, there’s a drop off. It’s a little struggle as well. Thank goodness we had kids to run back if we forgot something. lol

Decks for days
We LOVED the screened decks. We spent most of our time on the upstairs decks. Great spot to lay out and get sun and then enjoy some relief from the sun in the screened porch. There is a pretty big drop off at the end of the boardwalk to the beach, so it's pretty steep and hard to get back up. Also, the beach is super narrow in front of the house so you do have to walk up the beach and it opens up for more room to sit on the beach. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area!

The home is beautiful. The walkway to the beach is beautiful. The step down to the sand is missing so it's very hard to get up and down. The elevator was not working during our stay, which made carrying groceries and other items up 3 flights of stairs very hard. The house looked clean when we first arrived. Once we started cooking we found a blender with dried maggots inside. We contacted vacasa 3 times with no response. They answered all of my other questions/concerns while there, but would not address that issue. I ultimately wanted to know if we could trash the blender, but since no response we sat it outside the entire stay until we left. We were informed on Wednesday that Thursday during our stay a man would be coming to inspect our fire extinguishers inside the house. We were not informed of men coming to clean the hot tub or a man coming to spray for bugs. We walk outside to our balcony and there are 2 random men standing on our balcony cleaning the hot tub (you have access to the balcony from the ground). We walk outside and a random man is walking around our vehicles spraying for bugs. If we were informed this wouldn't be an issue, but having children with us and random people showing up without notice made me uncomfortable

An absolute dream!
This may have been one of my favorite places to stay EVER. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect for our trip. Things to be aware of- lots of stairs, I mean lots, so do your stretches- the elevator wasn’t operating while we were there, so just don’t plan to be able to use it. Other than that I have nothing but praise. When you walk down to the beach it’s absolutely dreamy, our part of the beach is pretty narrow though, but you can walk down a little further for more space- OR do what we did and kayak across to St. Vincent Island for your own personal paradise. Of course you can only kayak if you have them and the water is calm, otherwise there’s a charter boat that will take you over but it only goes over at 9am and comes back at 12pm. We had 4 kayaks with us and managed to get 5 people over to the island for our own private island experience- absolutely amazing. We had dinner at The Indian Pass Raw Bar right down the road every night, and every night it was delicious. There’s also a little general store nearby with basic items, but you’ll need to go into Port St. Joe for more than that. If you have time I’d highly recommend checking out St. George Island and Apalachicola. Will definitely be doing this trip again and would love to rent this space again, we all loved it so much!

Not worth the cost
The beds were very comfortable, the view was OK but, trees blocking views. We found bags of dog poo on the deck. There was no access to the beach. 5 ft. drop at the end of the walkway. Hot tub had no instructions and the outside trashcans were both full of former guests trash. We would have gladly pulled them to the curb if we knew which day the trash truck was coming. The owner of the property should check into another management company. Vacasa is doing a poor job.

Beautiful Home
This is a Beautiful Home, but be prepared for lots of steps. Once you get inside the views are beautiful, with lots of space to hangout and enjoy time with each other. We had the best time in this house. The beach access is a No Go due to Erosion, but you are only steps away from the public access to the beach.

Awesome place!
My husband and I had such an amazing time. This home is beautiful with the 2 screened in porches and the hot tub was nice and clean. Plus the privacy was great with the wooded area blocking people on the beach from seeing the home.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Private, laid back and we felt like our own private island was a short paddle board trip across. The house itself was everything I had hoped for when I rented it. Space for everyone and outdoor living at its finest.

Too many stairs to have a broken elevator
The elevator wasn't working and there are 40+ steps to get to the top floor of the house. It was very difficult to get up and down the stairs, especially bringing in luggage, groceries and small children. I personally am experiencing a knee issue and it made going up and down the stairs excruciating. There was also basically no safe beach access. There was a walkway to the beach, but a 3 to 4 foot drop off when you got to the beach. It would require that you basically jump from that height. That wasn't reasonable for us. The house itself was nice, but because of the broken elevator and lack of beach access we would not return to this property.

Pictures don’t do it justice!
This place is amazing! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a great view. The deck and walkway leading to the water are impressive too. 10/10 would recommend.
