"Whale Rested" is a beautiful newly decorated & renovated 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath town-home (SLEEPS 8) with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico! We are on the south side of Highway 98 - so no busy streets to cross or long walks with all the beach gear!

Unit B is offered fully-furnished and is tastefully decorated with a cozy beach flair. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and family room, and two balconies offering spectacular views of the emerald green waters and brilliant Mexico Beach sunsets!!

Renovations include new flooring and paint, bathroom upgrades, new kitchen, family room & bedroom furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, complete with a top of the line Coffee & Tea bar.

Outdoor equipment includes a wide variety of beach chairs and umbrella. There are beach games and toys for the kiddos. a new grill is also readily available for your fresh caught catch of the day!

"Whale Rested" is within walking distance to the local favorites Mango Marley's and Crazy Beach Pizza. If it's Florida's best fish tacos you are craving - Killer Seafood is your spot. Named as one of America's favorite seafood dives by Coastal Living Magazine. Port St Joe, located 10 miles to the east, also has multiple dining and shopping options.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
