This house has 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 guests with 2 bathrooms and a large deck, perfect for early morning coffee soaking in beautiful sunrises or evening cocktails enjoying amazing sunsets over the gulf. The perfect house for a family getaway
The house was clean and super cute. We loved being able to find a place that was dog friendly with a fenced in yard. It wasn’t a bad walk to the beach and taking the golf cart was a huge plus. We couldn’t find the bay access but could’ve been user error. I loved sitting on the deck and reading at night. It was the perfect place for us !

My stay on “The Cape”
I recently vacationed in Cape San Blas, FL. My stay at Sunny Paws was beyond exceptional. I arrived to a spacious rental just minutes from the beach. The property was clean. It was peaceful. And it worth every penny. Andy and Travis have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

A great getaway
The house was very clean and well-maintained. It had plenty of space for our small family of three plus our poodle. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was very quiet, private, and nice! The new owner was very attentive and helpful.

Cute house decorated beautifully. 25 years of staying in rentals, this house had the most comfortable beds we've had slept on. The Host was very responsive and went over and above our expectations to make our stay excellent. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Cape San Blas is the best
We enjoyed our visit to Sandy Paws. The photos and descriptions are true to form. Also just around the corner from Long Billy. We went there twice. Definitely consider returning.

A little piece of paradise
This was our first beach vacation taking our dog. Cape San Blas and this property are very dog friendly. I was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the fenced in backyard because it was full of stickers and sand spurs. This property is convenient to everything and well stocked.

Perfect for dogs
It is almost impossible to find a rental with a fenced yard. This house is the perfect place to be able to allow dogs to be safely outside without constant oversight. Everything about the property was perfect.

Sunny Paws was even better than the pictures on VRBO.
My husband and I, and our dog Sheldon, had a great long weekend at Sunny Paws. House is extremely well equipped for dog families. Huge fenced yard was really nice. Next phase you should add a fire pit out there :) Golf cart is a big plus for hauling supplies to beach. Outdoor shower was fantastic. Kitchen was the best stocked of any place we’ve rented. We will definitely recommend and hope to come back.

The BEST beach vacation
This was our first time staying at Cape San Blas and we loved every second of it. The house was by far the best VRBO we’ve ever booked. Murray and Emma were wonderful about communicating necessary information before we arrived and have thought of everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental. Our gordon setter also loved the house (especially the fenced in yard)! The use of the golf cart was especially convenient to get back and forth to the beach. Murray and Emma, thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be back to the Cape!

The most dog friendly house ever!!!
The house is so dog friendly. Extra dog beds and bowls. Easy to clean floors for when your boxer drools all over after drinking. The house was super clean. 0.3 mile walk to the beach. The screened in porch was perfect for watching sunsets without being attacked by mosquitos. Probably the best VRBO w be ever stayed in. We will definitely reuse this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Paws! Andy was more than accommodating and was so easy to work with when we ran into some roadblocks with my recently broken foot. He was an incredible host, and we appreciate his hospitality more than he knows! The house was as described and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed riding the golf cart to LongBills for dinner (excellent seafood and pizza) and loved the screened in porch for evening card games! The fenced in yard was a MAJOR bonus for our pup! The house is so clean and well stocked and was the perfect place for our summer get-a-way! I highly recommend Sunny Paws for your next vacay!

Best sheltering away from home experience!
The pictures and reviews are accurate. This pet friendly home was spotless and had everything you need to cook meals and enjoy a week near the beach. The yellow golf cart was perfect for transporting beach chairs, cooler and umbrella across the street to the beach walkway. Nothing in this home was rental quality. The beds, towels, linens, cookware, appliances, utensils and beds were top notch. It felt like home away from home! Murray and Emma were very responsive to any questions. We would not hesitate to book again at one of their properties.

Very clean property!
Kudos to people cleaning this property. Very clean! I would recommend getting new towels and having more towels than what is provided. We enjoyed using the golf cart but when we asked the officer at the beach about riding it on the beach he checked and said it didn’t have a permit. The property was nice but living room sofa and outdoor furniture need to be updated.

The perfect getaway
This was our first stay at Sunny Paws and we will definitely be back. Our two chocolate Labs, Wilma and Betty, had probably the best week of their lives - a very short walk to the beach and long walks in the surf and sand. There is an area of beach where there is literally nobody and we felt comfortable letting them off-leash to play in the surf and sand. Sandy Paws is a lovely beach home, perfect for us. It is fully equipped and we had such a relaxing time. Being able to bring the car inside the gate to load and unload was a real plus with our dogs, too. We cannot wait to return!!! The beach replenishment project should be complete at this end of the peninsula soon, too, but we had no complaints about the current state. Thanks again to Murray and Emma; we couldn't have loved our stay any more than we did. Just perfect!!

Great time in Florida
Wanted to get away from the cold of Kentucky. Called on very short notice and this house was available. I cannot say enough nice things about this home. I have stayed on the cape at least ten times and this was by far the nicest and best equipped home I have ever stayed in. Normally we stay in homes right on the beach, however this time I was looking for a home with a fenced yard. It worked out perfectly. My 2 dogs loved being outside during the day, which also allowed my wife and myself to go and ride bikes alone. Had ten great days and then back to the cold. This home is BRAND NEW. It is furnished very nicely. The beds are comfortable. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Did I mention the use of a golf cart (very nice). I can't thank you enough for letting us stay in your home. We will stay here again in the future if it is available. Again thanks so much. Bill and Mo

Nice Home / Update Amenities
Our overall experience with our beach trip was a good one. The house was very clean and roomy for our group of 4 adults. The location on Cape San Blas was also what we were looking for and as advertised. We did have an issue with the amenities advertised. We did not have access to the golf cart as it was being repaired. However, Pioneer Ridge Vacations made good on that with a credit offer from a rental shop on Cape San Blas. Which we appreciated. We were disappointed in the condition of the beach gear that went with the rental. The beach umbrella and canopy were not usable. The umbrella fell apart when we took it out. All of the upper tines were disconnected from the top of the umbella. The canopy also has issues with the arms falling out of the main center post. The plastic on it was broken which kept the arms from staying in place. We had to rent beach gear. The beach chairs and bikes were also very rusted. We had to fix one of the bike handle bars before we could use it. One of the reasons for choosing that house was use of amentities. We all liked the house and location just disappointed in the condition of the amenities. I would suggest that those things are taken a look at monthly or beginning of season to make sure they are usable. If that is done then this would be a 5 star location. If those amenities are not what you need for your trip then this is a great spot. And working with Pioneer Ridge Vacations was very easy to do.

Great October beach stay!
We had originally booked an October trip to Siesta Key but had to quickly look for a different option due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We were not disappointed with our choice to book with Andy and Travis in Cape San Blas! The house was perfect. Close to the beach, and the golf cart made our beach days so easy. The house was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely book here again!
