The large and enclosed yard is the perfect setting for a game of Frisbee, volleyball, or fetch with your dog. Inside boasts a well-appointed kitchen and an attractive living room with a flatscreen TV. Free WiFi is available. The folding desk is ideal for the traveling worker or student. There is ample deck space from where you can see and hear the ocean. Grill your dinner out on the covered and furnished deck or just spend a little quiet time on the porch swing. The two dining tables and a screened-in porch with a table with chairs gives you variety in choosing where to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Ready to wrap up an evening? There are four bedrooms, each with en-suite baths and flatscreen TVs. Divide the rooms among your group members so everyone will feel right at home during their stay.

Great week of sun & sand
This is our second time staying here and we have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. It's a great layout with plenty of room. We really love the large kitchen with the large bar/Island. Each room has its own bathroom within the rooms. Great location!

Close to the beach! Just as explained online. House is beautiful. Only issue we had was keypad entry issue and Vacasa worked with us to get resolved in a very short period. Definitely will rent again.

Great house with large spacious living room and kitchen area. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The house was very clean when we arrived as were the bedrooms and baths. The online listing and pictures were spot-on! We will rent again in the future!

Close to Beach
Perfect location within walking distance to beach. Large 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen. Only complaint was that the tv remotes did not work or the batteries were dead. There were no instructions on how to work them. We finally tried a remote from a different room and it worked.

The house was great ! Each room had it's own bathroom and even with several of us taking showers at the same time, we never gave out of hot water. We had a 15 month old with us and it was totally save and not far walk to the beach. The house was stocked with lots of pots, pans, dishes and toiletry items. (Even more than i would have hoped for.) The couple of neighbors we met were very nice. The living room and kitchen area is open and very large. Vacasa was very quick to text and check on us the first night. Lots of fun trucks in the area and the couple we ate from were very good. Loved the screened in porch and the front porch. I can't say anything bad about this house. We would stay there again !

LOVE Kiwi Cottage!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Kiwi Cottage! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group of four adults and four children. Each set of adults had their own suite with a king or queen bed and an attached bathroom, and the older kids had their own suites as well. The cottage was clean upon arrival and easy to maintain throughout our stay. The walk to the beach with our group took approximately 5-10 minutes, but there was usually plenty of parking available, making it convenient to load up the toddlers and park beachfront. The cottage features a beautiful wrap-around porch with ample seating and a partial view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped for a long stay, and we found the accommodations very comfortable. If we had to offer any minor criticisms, it would be that the bathrooms are a bit small, and the beds were a little firm for our liking. Additionally, the entry code provided initially didn't work, so we had to contact property management for a new code, which took about 20-30 minutes—an inconvenience after a four-hour drive. We also experienced an issue with the breaker in the front room, which left my niece without power one night. However, property management responded promptly the next morning and resolved the issue. Overall, it's a fantastic vacation spot. We give it 9 out of 10 stars. Thank you for a great vacation!

Kiwi Cottage
Great house. Few minutes walk from beach. Beach is on the bay so there’s no big waves. Great for young kids. Living room has 2 couches & a loveseat & a table in between to play games on. Really large dining table plus another good size table by the door to set your stuff on when you come in. Comfortable beds. Good dining nearby.

Great layout
Stayed here a few times. Love the layout of the house. It’s close to the beach. I would definitely recommend it. Only complaint would be it needs a bigger tv in the living room.

Enjoyed the Kiwi Cottage
The Kiwi Cottage was perfect for our 3 generation summer trip. Everyone having their own bathroom was great! Exactly what we needed. Interior all on one level was important as well. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out. The walk to the beach was easy and for the grandparents there was ample parking when they wanted to drive over. Loved that the area wasn’t crowded even though it was the last week of July. Really enjoyed the house and area. Thank you for sharing it!

Beach backyard!
Even though the week was rainy we still were able to find some sun at the beach often on all week! The accommodations were great and the beds were comfortable and plenty of games and fun things to do inside when it was raining. The city of Port Saint Joe is very quaint and had some restaurants worth checking out!
