"The house was nice and cozy off the coast of sparrow Lake. It was equipped with all the necessities. We had lots of fun playing pool and other games. We had the best time in the backyard sitting by the river and playing games. Definitely will recommend to a friend."

"Three generation of our family really enjoyed our cottage stay. The cottage was well appionted, the access to the lake was easy for all ages and the outdoor space amazing. We only had one rainy day which took us into Gravenhurst for their great famers market; wonderful straberries and corn! Cara was a very attentive host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definetly recommend Richview to other families."

"Lovely spot. Just surprised that there were no cups, no paper towels or tea towels. No amenities whatsoever. We brought our own coffee maker but could not enjoy a morning coffee. Would love to come back but if you’re traveling you need to bring your own dishes. Weird "

"Ahead of my wedding my friends and I gathered for a weekend on a lake. This property was within high end restaurants and had wifi, a nice dock and lots of beds. The cottage is clearly organized. Everything was in order and instructions were available Daphney was prompt in answering all questions and we had no issues all weekend with everything on site. I'd fully recommend this location."

"We have been renting cottages for 12 years, so this is not our first rental.. Great cottage in a private setting with great swimming- shallow sandy-bottomed water for the youngsters, but deep off the dock. However: 1/ the yellow floatie thing on the beach and the blue-topped cabana in the background of the photo of the property don't exist. 2/ lower bunkbed is unusable due to lack of support for the mattress 3/ BBQ is past its prime: works, but on its way out. Lid falls off if you're not...

"I went there with my family of four. It was a short stay for 3 nights. The place is right on the water and most of the time we played in the water since most of the time of stay kept raining. We planned for boat rental and water sking but the weather screwed them up. But we still enjoyed the beautiful place."

"The cottage was perfect for our family reunion. Big enough for 11 adults and two children. The floor plan is spacious, so we never felt cramped. Some things in the house are a bit old, but still functional. We found the furnishings tasteful and harmonious. The kitchen equipment is sufficient even for a large group. There were also more than enough seating options. There are many watercrafts, both for children and adults. We had a great time, surrounded by nature. Communication with the owner was...

Sitting on the dock with my first coffee of the day waiting for the resident muskrat to swim by; doing morning qi gong in full view of the brilliant fall colours; canoeing down the river to the old mill and dam; bundling up with a glass of wine on the deck; enjoying our evening meal by candlelight in the screened in porch........"
