It features a 100 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, eight bedrooms, six bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 3,500 m² garden. The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:

Each south-facing bedroom has a balcony, with the exception of one.

Exterior:
- Beautiful 3,500 m² garden, south-facing and shaded by large trees, includes a 32 m² terrace, a pergola complete with parasol and barbecue area. Tables, chairs and chairs are available for relaxing. - An orchard with various fruit trees allows holidaymakers to pick fruit to their heart's content. The garden is not fenced.
- A private, unheated, 8m x 4.5m above-ground swimming pool, open from May to October. Being above ground, it is inaccessible to children when the ladder is removed.
House located in the countryside, on a dead-end road with little traffic. The old, well-equipped village offers all the necessary amenities: train station, pharmacies, doctors, supermarket, mini-market, petrol station and bakery.

You can go horse-riding, visit castles and bastides, play golf, explore the night markets, enjoy meals in local restaurants, and have fun at the Casteljaloux thermal baths and leisure center. You can also take boat trips on the canal and borrow bikes on the voie verte.
For theme park fans, Walygator and accrobranche are available.
Transportation:
Private parking is available on a courtyard in front of the house, accommodating around 5 cars. In addition, the land on the other side of the communal road also belongs to the property and offers additional space for parking.
As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here's some information you may find useful:
- A car is essential.
- Access to the freeway is 10 minutes away.
- The nearest train station is 10 minutes away. Agen station is 25 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by train, with connections to Bordeaux and Toulouse.
- Airports are located as follows: Bordeaux 120 km, Toulouse 137 km, and Bergerac 82 km.
