The vacation
The property is in a nice area and very close to almost everything. The owner william is very responsive. We had a couple of not great experiences that were out of his control but he tried to mitigate as much as he could. Unfortunately these circumstances required outside services so we changed around parts of our vacation to meet with pest control and theyhe internet provider.the interneoutaode

Saying that my stay was the BEST experience EVER, is an understatement. From the beginning, William made himself available to myself and party. Check in process was smooth and hassle free. Home was extremely clean! There were complimentary items available, and very nice touches such as a bottle of wine and opener waiting on the table. Location and size was perfect for my occasion. Loved this place!
Nice quiet location, good for walking. Stores and restaurants close by. Plenty of room and well stocked kitchen. Master bed was very comfortable. The heated pool is large and gets a lot of sun. We had a bunny visit the back yard and also saw a couple turtles on walks in the neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our family get together back in May. Was a super clean home in a nice neighborhood. The owner William was very accommodating to our needs, very professional and super nice. I will definitely rent this property again for our next visit. Excellent communication and property
This property was great for our family of 6. Having the private pool was wonderful and the kids stayed in it sun up to sun down! We had a few issues with the A/C but the owner was quick to address those and even had a technician come out next day to make sure things were taken care of. This house is away from noise and traffic but just around the corner from all you could need; restaurants, Walmart, Publix, etc. The beach is also only about 15-20 minutes away. Overall, this was a wonderful house for our vacation and should we come back to the area, we would definitely stay again!

This house was great for our trip! The house was spacious and very clean. We had 4 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of sleeping space. The heated pool was where the kids spent most of their time. We were only about 15 minutes from all the beaches. Bill was always available if I had a question and responded quickly.
