Comfortable guest house for 3 people, It is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, cozy bedroom and living room, located 5 minutes to a Walmart and 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs and close to the beaches of Port Richey. There are 3 houses and this is the back house.

Terrible communications, no directions on how to use the TV. It was a Roku TV, no toaster, no chest
Getting a hold of the property owner was terrible. TV did not work. No toaster no chest of drawers. There was urine on the back of the toilet or the Seahawks on. Overall I give it about it to that stretching it.
