Relax in this waterfront top floor apartment with spectacular views of Seattle, Mt. Rainer, and the water. Sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves breaking as you take in the view from the large balcony, or head inside and relax in the jet tub. Feeling adventurous? This is a great place for kayaks, standup paddle, and boating since the boat launch is only a 2 minute walk away. Next to the boat launch is a nice park with a small sandy beach. Just a ferry ride away from Seattle, book today.

This is the top unit in a triplex where each level is its own apartment. The next door neighbors on either side are close since the homes are waterfront. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom (there is no door to separate the room from the bathroom, but there is a small hallway and a walk-in closet to separate the spaces for some privacy). The second bedroom is close to the second bathroom. There is a small laundry room. The kitchen is a good size and is open to the living room. The workspace/desk area is in-between the kitchen/living area. There is one parking space for your vehicle, but a long-bed pickup truck or longer (such as a trailer) would need to be parked on a side street.

The triplex and neighboring waterfront homes own the private beaches in front of their houses. Houses are close to one another and people enjoy their privacy and personal space, so we ask that you respect this during your stay. Generally we find that guests enjoy staying in the apartment and on the balcony, but there is also a public park with a small beach and public docks just 3 houses down. Great for launching your kayak, standup paddle, boat, or other water toys - or if you just want to relax on the water.

Manchester is a neighborhood within the city of Port Orchard. This small neighborhood is made up of a post office, a hair salon, a public library and Pomeroy park that has a nice small sandy beach, and the public boat launch, all only a short (2-4 minutes) walk from the top floor apartment.

Incredible stay!
Such a warm and inviting place to stay! It couldn’t have been more perfect for my family of 4 adults, plenty of room for us. The views were insane and the little touches (blankets, extensive coffee/tea bar, etc) made it all the more cozy. Would definitely stay here again for a nice relaxing time.

Lovely place to stay!
Four seniors (2 couples) had a very nice stay for too short a time! Stairs are never fun for us, with luggage, but it was worth it. Beautiful views, grear amenities, and a wonderful place to hang out. Hope to be back one day!

This is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The location was great to watch the smaller fishing boats pull in and out of the water. The place was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The beds had nice mattresses and decor was very nice. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The view from the deck is just amazing and always changing. You can see from the Space Needle to Mt. Rainier. With comfy seating and blankets for snuggling, if there’s a chill, you could spend your entire stay just admiring that view.

We absolutely loved the views from this property. We had an unusual sunny Thanksgiving and had beautiful sunsets and sunrises! My older parents had the smaller room and had wished there had been a dresser or luggage stand so that they did not have to bend over to get into their luggage.

This place is so amazing! Cute little town and area. Not far from the ferry to get to Seattle. Breathtaking views of Seattle and Mount Rainier on a clear day. Luke and Tiffany were great! The back patio was a great place to unwind. Hope to be back here someday!

AMAZING PROPERTY!
I have stayed in multiple vrbos and air b and b's over the last few years and this hands down is one of my favorites. The views are amazing (I was mesmerized by the views of Puget Sound and the cargo ships docked waiting to be unloaded/loaded). The property itself was wonderfully decorated. It was only two of us and it was perfect. I was relaxed the whole stay and communication with the owners was amazing. A minor (very minor) issue was resolved (and I wasn't even mad about it, it didn't affect my stay). I highly recommend this property.

Best place ever
This was the best stay we have ever had. The place was nice inside and out. It was stocked well with anything we needed. Had a question and Luke answered right away. We are staying again in a few days and can hardly wait. Very relaxing sitting on the deck and looking towards Seattle. Small boats launch nearby. The sounds of the water drift in during the night for a very peaceful sleep. Like I said, best place we have ever stayed.

This unit was a nice surprise. The view is amazing. This home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There is a park a short walk away as well as a Boat launch. 2 bedrooms, all newer appliances, gas range for cooking. Two sliding glass doors out to the covered deck. We will be back. The pictures don’t do it justice. This was one of the most beautiful relaxing stays we’ve ever had. The unit was clean, well stocked and furnished. Comfortable beds. But the deck is the thing! AMAZING PLACE
This was THE BEST place I have ever stayed at on any vacation EVER. The pics do it no justice whatsoever. Everything about it was perfect, I regret not booking for a longer stay. The only downside of this place is you simply won’t want to leave to explore the city. Stop looking at all of your other options and book this place. 12/10 we will be back. PHENOMENAL VIEWS AND VIBES ALL AROUND. Also the coffee bar slapped. Thank you Luke!

What an amazing place. We realized we made the perfect choice the moment we got to the the house/apartment. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need to the smallest details. From toiletries to the vegetable steamer in the kitchen 😁 there was no detail that was not thought of. We felt so at home and had the most beautiful views, so much so we decided to extend our stay. Amazing Views
This rental is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and the views are amazing. The owners communicated promptly and were very helpful. Check-in was super easy. The property itself is a good 90 minutes from Seattle which turned out to be tiresome, but that's on me. The heater makes a pretty loud announcement when it comes on and is still loud while it runs, right across from the second bedroom. I can go back to sleep easily but it could bother some. Nice neighborhood.
