My first review exhausted the 1500 character limit. Brevity is obviously not my strongsuit especially when coming to things i love and I do love the Radisson. Or at least I thought this most recent stay would have diminished that thought. What I will say is that I deeply cherish the manner with which Tameka handled my situation and definitely turned what could have been an awful frown, upside-down. She listened, apologized and made the house keeping error a DISTANT memory. Radisson is my preferred hotel for my weekend getaways. Its perfectly placed, decently equipped and adequately staffed. Can it be upgraded SURE and probably will be in time to come but for now, its exactly what I need and I am grateful to the staff for continuous professional service. BRAVO!!

Firstly i'll like to say being a regular vacationer and my 1st time in Radisson was not Good. I came for the Wknd (4days\3nights) four persons in 1 room but they kept it like a 2 room person, meaning 2 towels, 2 water, 2 glass mind you in the system was four so i would figure Radisson will let housekeeping kno its 4 ppl, so every day we hv 2 call for 2 extra towels, 2 extra water etc. the room didn't hv a mini fridge or Iron so u had 2 call and ask. On the 1st night whilst using the shower the whole pipe fell off plus the shelves in the bathroom... crazy we asked for a switch which they did.. When we reach the 2nd room low and behold the handles on the wardrobe was missing... ooo my.. My opinion if we're 4 ppl in a room they should hv a system where house keeping knows there are 4 ppl in the room so we will not hv 2 call @ midnight for towels... The rooms are so outdated its crazy, the hallways hv a moldy / wet smell because of carpets mind you it $197Us a day with no BREAKFAST which is outrageous... Like i said i'm A TRAVELLER i've been to as far as Greece n Thailand and near as Jamaica and this is 1 of my worst experience everrr... my biggest surprise was you have 2 ask for a mini fridge n iron... Crazyyy... not me again,,,, 1st and last time... its jus a waste of money...

I can't understand the bad reviews; the staff was superb, and breakfast was always with some new Trii food. I felt at home after a short time. I recommend the place for any stay, preferably business. The rooms are spacious with a desk to work. Thanks to the team for having me was an extremely joyful stay!
