"All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. "Just returned from an 8 night stay at this amazing cottage. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little taste of Scotland and a quiet beautiful retreat from everyday life! The cottage kitchen was lovely as well as having plenty of living space...the bedrooms were also great and comfortable for all the members of our party. The owner was very pleasant and greeting us our first day and awoke very early on our departure day to say goodbye!! I would definitely stay there again!!"

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"
