"We stayed for the Weekend of our Wedding! This house was perfect space for our party of 7. The location is great to Grocery stores, mall and Freeway....less than 5 to 10 away. The House is in a very quite neighborhood. Because of our Occasion....we need to be able to have space to prepare...it was perfect! The backyard was absolutely beautiful...our 2 dogs...Oreo & Charlie loved it! Definitely will stay there again!"

"All of us enjoyed our stay as we all found the property clean and the beds very comfortable. I didn't know the bunk bed were queen beds, maybe double but that was a nice surprise. The hosts left nice treats for us when we got there, with water in the fridge, little donuts and crackers. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Also the price was great."

"Nice cabin but had a few issues. The owners were lovely and helped when we called. Loved being amongst all the farm animals. The A/C unit had black mold in it. And the owner was nice enough to come and clean it. Went to use bbq pit and it had a wasps nest in it. Owner came and removed the nest and emptied out old charcoal. But it was so rusty i didnt want to put food on it. The cabin is very cute with a nice front porch. But some items on site needed attention. Broken chair on porch, rusty...

"The owner seemed to have concentrated on remodeling the inside and haven't completed the outside. This property is not safe for kids as the stair railing posts are too wide apart where a child could fall from the upstairs to the tile floor below. Many kitchen features did not work: oven, dishwasher, built-in ice maker, trash compactor. Wine cooler was frozen up with temperature set too low. "Nice cozy place with good amenities like hot tub, small firepit, creek access for good fishing and comfortable furnishings inside the house. Our only small let down, if you can even call it that, was that the location was not as secluded as we thought. It's pretty close to town and the other cabins on the property are pretty close by which makes it feel not as secluded as we hoped for. Overall, I would say 8.5 out of 10 rating though. Thanks."

"This nice property is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Our family got together for the Lamar University Homecoming Game and a birthday celebration. The house fit our group perfectly, and we all had an enjoyable weekend. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We hope to stay here again!"

"It was a lovely home located in a nicely manicured and quiet neighborhood. The interior was spacious, comfortable, attractive and clean. It provided plenty of seating for all 10 guests in the dinning areas as well as in the gathering rooms. I would easily and happily recommend or revisit the location. "
