"My first stay in Grand Papua Hotel. Appreciated very nice food, friendly staff and the room, including nice shower and very comfortable bed. For little bit of improvement I would suggest the cleaning service, which only goes around afternoon and on demand, instead of at least fixing the bed and taking out trash automatically in the morning. However, overall it was very pleasant stay. I believe that renovation will improve the hotel even further."

"Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days."

"Close to the airport. A few restaurants on the property. People are friendly and the room is good. Water pressure in the shower was very low this time."

"Cost for rooms is equal to PNG experience and expectation. Like a lodge or motel in Australia. Not 3star hotel Love the staff. Friendly and helpful. Love ambience Room service lady was awesome and i had clean sheets towels, water daily. It would be great to have papuan food on menu please. The shower curtain needs cleaning in Room 101 and fridge frosts up and leaks. These are 1st world problems..... am booked in again. 😃"
