"The property was, mainly, good but it lacked some things that we would have normally expected. For example.. there was only a small amount of toilet paper, no space to put hot items from the oven, no placemats to protect the plastic table cloth, tea towels and kitchen towels would have been useful as we paid extra for linen and towels, no change of bedding and towels during a two week stay, functioning kitchen scissors would have helped. Bottom shelf in wardrobe has one of its support brackets...

"Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Cap Coz. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Wohnung sauber. Es gibt allerdings viele Treppen zur Wohnung hoch, das Bad ist sehr klein und das Sofa durchgesessen. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Lage ist perfekt."

"Notre séjour a été parfait; la location correspond totalement à l'annonce; à distance à pied de restaurants, boulangerie, épicerie, literie excellente, et espace de rangement convenable. Un peu à l'étroit pour 3 adultes, 2 ados et 1 enfant, mais totalement agréable. On n'hésiterait pas à recommander cette location ou à y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour en Bretagne."

"Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr sehr freundlich! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren schlecht. Sehr ungünstig: die fehlende Möglichkeit Bettwäsche und Handtücher auszuleihen; wer mit der Bahn anreist, hat es dadurch unnötig schwer! Das ist mir in der Bretagne noch nie passiert!"

"Appartement avec beaucoup de vis a vis sans rideaux au fenêtre, donc aucune intimité à moins de vivre dans le noir ! Residence construite en 1970 non rénovée. Pas le standing annoncé ! Ascenseur vétuste avec une odure fortement desagreable de moisissures. Balcon très petit et délabré. Difficile de manger à 4. Garage encombré et étroit. Menage à revoir, sable cheveux, tissus taché. Un volet roulant en panne, télécommande de la télé en panne, bref nous avons rendu les clés le jour même. Nous...

"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....
