Situated right on the beach front with a sea view from every room. Directly opposite a beautiful, safe swimming beach. Enjoy water sports, walk, or cycle on the bike track. Within walking distance to everything you need. This beautiful home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The beautiful downstairs home features polished wooden floors with three carpeted bedrooms. Main bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds with built-in robes, bedrooms one and two also have flat screen TVs. The home has a glamorous bathroom and a functional laundry with a washer and dryer. An open living area includes a kitchen, lounge, and dining and adjoins an eightball room. The lounge room features a large flat screen TV and DVD with a selection of dvd's and books. The home also has a lovely secluded pergola with an outdoor setting and BBQ.

This beautiful downstairs home is in walking distance to the General Store, Victoria Hotel, Chemist, Salt Bar and cafe, Tide Cafe, Bay Pizzeria, two fish shops, and the Community Complex and Library. You can walk to the jetty for a spot of fishing or walk across the road for a stroll or swim at the beach.

This home has no secure yard, so families must be aware of this. The home is also a smoke-free zone, and we do not allow pets.

This home offers everything you want for a group of friends or romantic getaway. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and walking path. Relax and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The view is just as amazing in the winter months as in the summer.

We live in the upstairs home, which is totally private, and respect our guests' privavy.
Please park on the street or on the right hand side of the driveway. Please do not park on the vacant block next door.

Paradise at the beach
Was just the greatest place to unwind and be by ourselves,while still being within walking distance of all that we needed.Absolutely loved it.It waa a shame for us that it was only available for the one night.We will back for a longer stay.We recommend this address to anyone.

Listen to the ocean, wind down and relax
This is a great place to stay. Location is within a short drive to town. It is directly across the road from the beach, so you can listen to the ocean at night. Great location to wind down in a small town where everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Not too far from Mt. Gambier attractions as well.

Such a lovely home & stunning location. Wish we could have stayed there longer. Owners live upstairs but it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable & we appreciated the ability to open a window & the block out blinds. Would stay again.

We only had a couple of nights, but Gill was really helpful with local tips of what to see and where to eat. The property itself is spacious and well maintained and the view to the beach from every room is stunning. It’s well equipped for younger children and teens if the weather doesn’t allow for beach time. Would happily come back!!

Great location so close to the water
Our group of friends had a great time staying at Gillian's. We walked every day into town and along the beach which is literally just across the road. The apartment is bright with huge windows that make the most of the view and has everything you need to be comfortable.

A break by the sea
This is a modern, spacious well-equipped property with an amazing oceansdie location in a quaint fishing village. The view (from almost every room) was stunning. I enjoyed playing pool with my daughter as well. We'll have to come back for a longer break!

The place was good and between the beach and the pool table, it was great for my older teenager. Overall it was a lovely place but as we love to cook when we are away, the only disappointment was the kitchenware esp the frypans being unusable and some items unclean.
