Welcome to Villa Sirena! This stunning property boasts all the amenities that the modern traveler could want, from the waterfront location to the indoor pool and hot tub. Step inside the front door and you'll be greeted by the open concept living room, complete with smart TVs and plenty of space for your group to relax and unwind. The living room overlooks the breathtaking waterfront view, with large windows that let in natural light and showcase the stunning scenery.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is the perfect size for families or groups of friends, with comfortable and spacious bedrooms that each feature Smart TVs, plush beds, and ample storage space.

WE DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS:
Public Beach access is located just a half mile down our quiet little road, located at W.R. Hicks County Park. This is a very easy and enjoyable walk, on which you're sure to see some of our local wildlife: resident eagles, osprey, otters, seals, and many different species of birds. Of course, you may drive to the park if you prefer. There is parking available. However, the walk is absolutely beautiful!

The living room is the perfect spot for movie nights, with an 85" smart TV and plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable on the large leather sectional sofa. When you're ready to enjoy some fresh air, head out to the outdoor patio and gather around the firepit dining table and prepare dinner on the grill. Or maybe play a few rounds of Bocce Ball or Badminton on the large front lawn. Afterwards head out to the custom boulder firepit and roast marshmallows under the stars. The peaceful sound of the water and the picturesque view of the bay and the mountains make for the perfect backdrop to your vacation.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with all of the basic necessities to meet your dining needs. The kitchen comes equipped with the following items: Vitamix blender, Kitchenaid mixer, Instapot, Keurig Coffee maker, coffee grinder, Tea press, Wine cooler, built in microwave, convection oven, air fryer, and a toaster. We also have a Samsung Touchscreen Smart Refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. The dining table is a 9 foot rough hewn pedestal table with 6 white leather chairs. There is also a live edge bar made of Moabi wood from Madagascar, that looks out to the pool room, as well as more seating at the island counter across from the stove.

Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. Bedroom one has an ensuite and a king sized bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and the bathroom is next to it. Bedroom three is located upstairs and also has a king bed. There is a loft also located upstairs. Please note, there is no bathroom upstairs. There are extra pillows and extra blankets if needed. Bedrooms two and three have ceiling fans. There are oscillating fans available if needed. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Pool & Hot Tub:
The indoor pool is absolutely heavenly! The temperature inside the pool room is typically between 75-80 degrees, depending on the time of year. The pool is salt water and kept at 85 degrees year round. The pool is 3 and a half feet in the shallow end and 6 feet in the deep end; and it is 10 feet wide by 40 feet in length. There are no additional fees for heating the pool. There's also a sitting area with a smart TV for watching movies or listening to music while you're swimming or relaxing. You will have beautiful water views while relaxing in the pool, which makes it an ideal location for viewing sunsets or sunrises. The pool room also has curtains for privacy.
The hot tub is just outside of the home, next to the pool room, underneath a pergola. The hot tub faces the bay, and in some of the seats, you can get a view of the Olympic Mountains. The hot tub has built in speakers and blue tooth capability. The pergola has sheer curtains for limited privacy.

Smart TVs are located in the Living Room, Pool Room, and each Bedroom. We have included the following streaming service subscriptions at no extra charge to our guests: Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, Disney Plus, STARZ, and HBO Max. There are also several other streaming apps available for you to log into, if you have a subscription to their service.

We provide our guests with fast and reliable WiFi, at no extra charge!

Our laundry room has large capacity Samsung Washer and Dryer. Detergents and fabric softener sheets are provided to our guests. We also have an iron and a small ironing board. Cleaning supplies are available in the small closet inside the laundry room.

Villa Sirena is wheelchair accessible! The front door does not have any steps to get into the home, and the back door has one step to get into the home. Two of the bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor of the home. Both toilets are ADA compliant, and both showers have lower thresholds for easier access.

***Dear parents, please keep in mind that our home may not be suitable for young children due to the stairs, the open loft upstairs, and the pool area.

Security Cameras:
Our security cameras are placed on the outside of our home for your protection, as well as the protection of our home. There is one doorbell camera at the backdoor, and one doorbell camera at the front door.
