"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. The reception staff very friendky, informative and helpful. Our only complaint was it says 'free parking' but it didnt say its limited availability and the info aftervwe booked stated free parking this needs to be changed on the Hotels information, fortunately it wasn't a problem as there was parking nearby."
