This Long Island Village cottage has just what you need for a restful and relaxing seaside escape. Offering up-front water views from a furnished deck, this coastal home has an endless supply of sun-soaked leisure directly on tap. This gated community also features some awesome on-site perks including a Par-3 golf course and clubhouse dining. Port Isabel's cultural and historical attractions and great local restaurants can be found just over a mile from the home. South Padre Island beaches and attractions are only six miles away.

The cottage features a beautifully updated interior complete with new furnishings and appliances. The stainless steel full kitchen has everything you need to handle home cooking. There's also a gas grill out on the deck for seafood-inspired barbecues. Modern perks include free WiFi and smart TVs. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Things to Know
You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you must drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check-in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.*Please note: The Welcome Center is NOT associated with Vacasa. If you have any questions please call your Local Operation Manager.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
