Location and property manager awesome
We had no internet at the rental when we arrived, on a Sunday, and Jake responded within an hour and bought over new equipment next morning. This is customer service. We appreciated and celebrated the location. Could walk to two incredible restaurants.

Review of 404-3 Tarvana
We all loved being right on the water. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and other activities. Home was clean, well-furnished and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Only negative (which we knew when we booked it) was the stairs. Climbing 2 flights of stairs was somewhat difficult for 70 plus year olds but I guess the exercise was good for us. Location is great with several little shops and great restaurants nearby. We went to several restaurants on the island but our favorites were within walking distance of the condo.

Great location
Overall the place was nice, the pictures lead you to believe there is a pier off the deck, there was not which was kind of a bummer. With that said the deck was nice. Aside from that and the AC not being able to be adjusted (73 in Texas summer is not cool enough) the floors were extremely dirty. At first we tried taking shoes off at the door to avoid sand in the house however our feet were black within minutes of arriving, socks were the same. Overall the functionality of the home was nice, the location just outside of South Padre was perfect, and we were able to walk to a few of our destinations.

Beautiful condo. Walk to dinner
Condo has a neat location right on Laguna Madre. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Great for our family with older teens. Wonderful decks to enjoy coffee, drinks and the views of the pier and bridge. Walk to Lighthouse and dinner at Pirates Cove and several other restaurants. It's more dialed back than SPI. Drawbacks were traffic noise from the bridge. We had trouble with the lockbox but property manager came right away. This is a Vacasa managed property and I think I paid double the handling fees by renting through vrbo.
