Sit outside on the furnished patio and watch the boats pass by while you sip a cool drink or venture out to discover a number of local attractions including Beach Park at Isla Blanca, the South Padre Island Birding & Nature Center, and the South Padre Island Golf Club, all less than 10 miles away.
Inside, find a soaring oak beam ceiling in the sun-kissed great room, a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, a dining table for meals, rainy day games, or laptops, and a living area with a sofa bed and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. All the interior spaces are kept comfortable with ceiling fans and central air-conditioning, while the included washer/dryer allows you to pack light for your trip and keep your swimsuits and beach towels bright and clean.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for their $90 admission fee. This allows you into the resort and includes 2 vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.
OCCUPANCY: Please be aware that this home only accepts families.
NO PARTIES: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring-break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to be in violation of these rental policies, it will result in eviction without refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
