Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. All guests must be 29 or older during March except for families with children.

Beautiful home, very updated and modern, open space design. Every room have large TV screens. Very close to local stores for whatever you need (Keurig pods instead reg coffee maker). Amazing wide deck to hang out, fish and watch New Years fireworks. Didn’t give 5stars since Communication was delayed—had outdoor light not working and missing bedding for sofa bed. Information about the beds was not uptodate in their system. As I assumed, it did have a Sofa bed and extra air mattress, bedding and air pump were delivered on the second day. I wish it had a washer/dryer as clothe gets soaked from fishing. There is a laundromat 5min walk..

House was excellent, very spacious! All the rooms had televisions. The upstairs deck was very large! Had everything we needed for a wonderful say! We plan to stay again.
