The double-fronted cottage was built in 1760 and has 2 ft thick whitewashed walls. As you enter the cottage, you have an open-plan kitchen and dining area which has slate floors and beamed ceilings, a farmhouse table which seats 8, on one side...and a large cosy sitting room with sofa's and a log burner, with TV on the other side.
Up the windy staircase there is 1 double bedroom (with TV) a twin room, a pretty bunk-bed room and a family bathroom. The top floor has a master bedroom with super-king-size bed, (with TV) an en-suite shower room, and lovely views of the village. The cottage has broadband and Apple TV.
Outside there is a small courtyard with a dining table that can seat 8. There is also a bench with cushions for relaxing in the sun. The courtyard faces west so is a great spot for lunches and evening sun. Next to the courtyard is a small shed that has a selection of beach gear which guests are very welcome to use. There is wetsuits, body boards, cool boxes, fishing nets and various other items. There is also a tumble drier and small freezer in the shed.
