"We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable."

"We had such a wonderful time staying at Channel Island Shores! This was our 2nd visit and before our stay, Tina asked if we were celebrating anything so I mentioned that we were visiting Oxnard because my son wanted to go fishing for his 13th birthday. My daughter was also celebrating her 8th birthday as well. She asked me to send her a photo of them and when we arrived, they had a special birthday set up on the dining table. It was a framed photo, birthday button, and a special message written...

"The grounds are perfect. Better than pictures. So the ambience scores high. I thought location was great...easy to walk to the yoga studio, dinner, drinks...or bike (provided) and it's right next to a bike path. My only hesitation was that I was allergic to the bedroom area in my trailer so I think someone had pets in there before and maybe the pillows or bed decor at the foot may have had pet hair in it."
