The condo was really nice just refinished , plenty of space for adults with family , 3 bedrooms the layout I found was really comfortable. 5 minutes to the pier. Plenty of shopping areas near the Host was so nice and understanding e en with last minute changes she made it happen , my girlfriend and I were really pleased . Thank you Ri

Thoroughly disappointed.
It smelled of smoke, rug was dirty and had hairs and pieces of dog toys in it. There were ants in bedroom and bathroom. I was very displeased with the rental it didn't look like the picture on the website. I rented it because of the proximity to the ocean. Next time I will rent a hotel room because of its cleanliness. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Here’s text I sent— Hey Reina, I was gonna wait til we left to tell you about our issues with your place and our stay here but I don’t see any reason to wait. There’s quite a few things we are unhappy with: the sleeping situation is probably the most horrible we’ve dealt with in a very long time. The pullout bed is a mess. It’s slanted downward at the head, Of course it’s a pullout so super uncomfortable but this one is old and clearly worn out. And there’s light coming in through the windows all night long— you really need to put up blackout drapes if you’re gonna rent this thing out. My wife’s complained the past two days and we haven’t slept well at all here. Bathroom faucet has very low pressure so we’re all brushing our teeth at the little kitchen sink. The bathroom sink does not drain well at all- very slow. I shaved last night and the shaving cream almost never went down. I have a picture if you’re not aware. The AC— it’s only in the main room so the bedroom is hot, that’s pretty uncomfortable. We paid over $800 for these 3 days and of course my family is annoyed as am I. Good thing I told everyone to bring their own blankets because we didn’t know how this would be. The floors are dirty. Our feet were black after walking on the floor and we wiped down the two tables and the wipes were pretty dirty. We’ve tried to be clean and keep things clean but it all just feels dirty. My boys aren’t huge complainers but they’ve acknowledged I made a mistake renting this place.

I gave the owner sometime to rectify the situation but I have not heard back from them so I regrettable need to warn other people through a review. I stayed here with my partner and upon arrival, the place is meant to be no smoking but we were both hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke when first opening the door. The doona cover had no cover and a very sizable wine stain on it. There was just personal items in the shower with APPALLING WATER PRESSURE. We tried to cook on the stove but the size of the pots and pans were almost unusable. On the second night of staying we had someone use OUR door code to enter the apartment. THIS IS A MAJOR VIOLATION OF OUR PRIVACY. It was someone staying in the apartment next to us which meant both doors had the same codes. I felt so unsafe in the apartment and if we had the funds, we would've been packed our bags and left. The night before checkout, the owner messaged at 11pm at night about our check out time which I felt was completely unprofessional and upon coming home trying to reach them about the above situation, I have heard nothing. While the place looks nice, it is not safe for anyone to be staying here. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
