"This property is located in a quiet Heritage area close to downtown. I found it very convenient and comfortable. It has a functional kitchen, ample size bedroom, dining and living room. I usually stay in hotels when visiting Cobourg, staying at this location, gave me the opportunity to cook my own meals, do laundry and relax in a comfortable environment. It was very cost-effective. The host answered my questions promptly. "

"It was amazing! The location was great it was right by the water. The hosts were very discrete but also very willing and kind to help at any moment with any of the provided activities. Sauna, Firepit, BBQ, Canoes, Bicycles, all included for use. Very clean and cozy place with great internet. Perfect place if you want to enjoy nature and escape the city."

"The host was wonderful with communication and instructions. The rental property was clean and spacious. I am detail focused, so just a few things that need a little bit of tender loving care Re: painting bathroom baseboards where there had been water issue. Also though a heater was provided because of the cold and dampness, I would suggest a dehumidifier in the unit would solve that issue. Definitely would consider staying again in the future."

We ended up chatting all night so we didn't take advantage of the hot tub but in the summer I could see this would be a family dream holiday home! pool, hot tub, playground, outdoor cooking and lounging. The TVs have all the channels, the bed was so comfy and loved the picnic table style in the kitchen for eating. I would recommend this space for rental for sure."
