Newly built luxurious property at 14 Chibnall Str Port Elliot

This beautifully finished property shows quality in every corner; everything has been well thought through to make this a wonderful holiday home.
All single level for easy access, this house has a large open plan kitchen complete with all top-of-the-range appliances, dining and lounge, plus zoned cooling and heating through the entire house via the ducted system.

Enjoy the separate media room with soundproofing, a large T.V. and your choice of Stan or Netflix to binge your favorite shows.
Enjoy your BBQ meals under the fan in the entertaining area, around a sizable ten-seater table with cushioned seats. Finish your night by the fire with a glass of wine or toasted marshmallows.

The outside area allows for multiple car parks, an outdoor shower and cleaning station, and a grassed area for entertainment.
The master bedroom contains a queen bed, a walk-in robe, and an en-suite. There are a further three bedrooms queen size bedrooms with mirror robes. All bedrooms are fitted with overhead fans.

Chibnall St offers you a luxury break on the South Coast all year round.

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and protectors are provided. You need to provide your own towels + teatowels and linen, including quilt covers, pillowcases and sheets. If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office.

We had a lovely stay. Very nice new spacious home with everything you could need. Comfy beds, huge house natural light, plenty of space for 2 families. Great location, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay!
What a beautiful house! Gorgeous new modern build, with all we needed and more. Huge and spacious with plenty of room for our group of 5. We had such a lovely stay and can’t wait to return. Great location not too far from beach or the Port Elliott shops.
