"Our stay was good. The staff were great and everyone put in a good effort to please the guests. Room perhaps was a bit less than expected but the balcony view was good and beds comfortable. "My stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were nice apart from the housekeeping who never cleaned our room even when we put the sign the most they did was supply toilet roll. Never cleaned the floor or picked up the wet towel or vacuumed. It got so bad that we have roaches in the room and had to change rooms. But other than that the stay was brilliant. The staff in the restaurants, bar and animations staff were all friendly and polite. "
