Very nice little house classified 3 stars by the sea on the peninsula of Port des Barques, oyster village, the property 'Ile d'Aix welcomes 8 people in a warm and friendly decoration with a patio and its jacuzzi, a garden in south with terrace and a private collective swimming pool at the residence, covered and heated from June 1 to September 30.

wonderful time

We had a good time in this property. And there was a very nice woman in the neighbourhood, helping us with our bad speaking French. Two problems with the SPA and using the pool, but we will write an e-mail to explain to Claude. Best regards Dorothea and Axel

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé dans une résidence calme, à deux pas de la mer et de l’île madame (dont on recommande la visite en calèche). La mise à disposition d’un spa privatif et d’une piscine couverte pour les résidents sont de véritables plus. La maison est fonctionnelle mais manque un peu d’espace de rangement et de vaisselle. Elle est idéale pour 3 adultes max, ou deux couples, ou un couple avec enfants/ados. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Excellent séjour pour une semaine. Le logement est conforme à la description, agréable et bien aménagé. Le plus : le jacuzzi et la piscine que nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser. Des terrasses agréablement aménagées. L'emplacement juste devant la mer et à proximité des îles, de la Rochelle etc... Très bon accueil de Anne et Claude à notre arrivée, et attentionnés. Je recommande.

Un très bon séjour

Un emplacement idéal pour les visites (Rochefort, La Rochelle, l'Ile d'Aix, l'Ile d'Oléron) et de super balades sur place. L'ile Madame et son accès a marée basse ainsi que la cote de Port des Barques sont très agréables et d'un accès facile avec des enfants ! La maison est très bien située au calme, et à l'abris du vent frais de la cote qui se trouve pourtant tout près. Les commerces sont aussi tout proches . Nous avons aussi apprécié le jacuzzi qui fut un plus non négligeable pour les enfants, mais que nous avons aussi testé avec bonheur! La seule salle de bains n'a pas été un problème même si nous étions 8 ( 6 adultes et 2 enfants) . Nous aurions apprécié quelque couverts supplémentaires, ce qui nous aurait évité de récupérer les petites cuillères dans le lave vaisselle pour les laver. Je trouve dommage écologiquement et économiquement de faire tourner un lave vaisselle a moitié vide... Ce n'est qu'un détail qui ne porte rien de négatif a ce parfait séjour, reposant et duquel nous revenons plein de beaux souvenirs en tête !

Excellent 2ème séjour en famille

Location toujours très agréable avec jaccusi, bien située et bien équipée. Correspond parfaitement à la description de l'annonce. Merci aux propriétaires, M. et Mme Guérin qui sont toujours très aimables et attentionnés. Nous avons eu un bon accueil avec Mme Bocas. On a pris plaisir à re-découvrir Port des Barques et ses alentours, la mer à 50 m, l'ile madame a faire à pied ou en calèche, la plage à proximité, et les promenades avec les chiens. Location dans résidence très tranquille avec piscine couverte et résidents sympathiques. Enfin, super vacances très agréables et appréciées par toute la famille, petits et grands. Nous recommandons.

Accueil par Mme Geraldine excellent. Logement demande renouvellement de vaisselle ( les verres très usés) et ça serait très utile que le prix assure les draps et serviettes. Par ça si on connaît pas environnement on peut être déçu car il y a pas de vrai plage à proximité…. Les photos et la description promettent plus que on voit une fois arrivés . Si non c’est une belle région et les habitants très sympathiques et accueillants. A par ça nous avons passé bonne semaine.

Logement agréable et satisfaisant pour le groupe que nous étions (4 adultes et 2 ados). Il n'y a rien à redire sur le confort de celui-ci. Piscine du lotissement agréable et locataires des autres logements discrets et aimables.

Maison agréable, bien équipée et bien située pour les ballades à pied (visite de l’Île Madame à marée basse magnifique). On a apprécié la plage à 50m pour les enfants et les espaces pour promener nos chiens, la piscine couverte et le jacuzzi ainsi que la clim dans la mezzanine. Résidence sympathique et conviviale. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et à Nelly pour ses conseils et le suivi. A préciser dans l'annonce que les WC sont séparés. On recommande.

Propriété très bien située pour tout faire à pied (à égale distance du centre ville et de la plage). La vue sur l’embouchure de la Charente en « bouche un coin » (magnifique). La maison est fonctionnelle et assez grande. Un seul bémol par fortes chaleurs, la mezzanine est étouffante, difficile d’y dormir. Le spa est un + ainsi que l’accès à la piscine. Propriété idéalement située.
