Holiday house facing the island of Oléron

Fisherman's house completely renovated, town center.
On the ground floor, large living room, small bedroom with double bed, shower room with WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed (one with TV and the other with a 90 cm bed), bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC.
Large terrace not overlooked, garden furniture for 6 people, bicycle shelter, gas barbecue.
All shops on foot.
Nearby: Madame Island, Rochefort, Aix Island, Oléron Island, Fort Boyard, Fouras, Royan ...
Animals are not allowed.
Reservations for the week are from Saturday to Saturday.
For the period from the beginning of November to the end of April, electricity will be invoiced additionally according to consumption.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Port des Barques et dans cette très sympathique location qui est au calme et avec les commerçants très proches de la location ce qui évite de prendre la voiture. La plage avec la retenue d’eau est très appréciable surtout quand c’est marée basse

Pas de chance pour ces vacances : beaucoup de pluie et pas de possibilité de baignade à cause d'une bacterie dans l'eau. Heureusement la maison est agreable ! Le village est calme mais il y a un petit marché sympa le dimanche et des vendeurs d'huitres tous les jours. En bougeant un peu on trouve des occupations sympa à la Rochelle et Rochefort quand il pleut. Très belles plages à une quarantaine de minutes. Propritaires tres disponibles et conciliants. Voisins de gauche un peu moins...

Belle prestation dans un endroit à découvrir
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La maison est vraiment bien située et très agréable Il y a vraiment beaucoup d'endroits à visiter aux alentours et la plage des anses sur la retenue d'eau est appréciable. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et j'espère à bientôt

charmante maison bien agencée
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine, à 2 couples d'amis. La maison est très bien située, au calme et quand même près de tous les commerces. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La literie est confortable, la terrasse est agréable, la pièce à vivre lumineuse. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Une semaine en famille
Séjour d'une semaine au calme à Port des barques. Petit village tranquille à l'embouchure de la Charente. Tous commerces à proximité. Charmants petits restaurants. Bien placé pour visiter l'ile d'oléron, l'ile d'Aix, Rochefort et Brouage.

La maison est très bien située, en plein centre et proche des commodités. Bel espace et la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Seul petit hic, Joëlle n’est pas facilement joignable, autrement que par la messagerie abritel.

Petit maison située à Port des barques, bonne situation pour visiter les environs sans trop d'embouteillages. La maison est très bien équipée et agréable. Le petit plus est la terrasse sans vis-à-vis !

Vacances en famille
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille avec nos deux filles. Le logement est conforme aux descriptions de l'annonce, il comporte tout l'espace et tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. De plus, la localisation est idéale : commerces et marché à 1 minute à pieds à peine tout comme le stationnement de la voiture. La plage pour la baignade nécessite une voiture mais est parfaite pour toute la famille grâce à la retenue d'eau qui permet la baignade en toute sécurité quelque soit la marée.

Très beau logement,bien équipé, .bien situé,au calme , dans le village et comme point de départ pour faire d'intéressantes excursions dans la région. Notre seul regret est que les plages étant un peu éloignées, il fut nécessaire de prendre la voiture.Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur confiance
