Dina Apartment is a second floor property with lift facility, located in the lively Platja del Repic Promenade. The clean and pleasant strip of beach is just out of your doorstep, perfect for the kids!. The balcony overlooks the beach, the forested hills and the lighthouse, offering an exceptional spot to enjoy the magical and romantic sunsets of Port Soller. The large living room has air conditioning, WIFI, sat TV, DVD, a comfy sofa and a large dining table. The American bar kitchen is fully equipped and also enjoys of the superb views overlooking the bay. There are two stylish bedrooms, one double and one twin room, with one bathroom and one shower room. Great property. Close to the beach which is just what we wanted. Made it easy for nap time with the babies as we could still be outside in the balcony while they slept. Close to all facilities and lovely restaurants. Would definitely go back!

We had a great time in this apartment with truly beautiful views from the balcony. Some earlier reviews highlight issues locating the key but the photograph included in the info means this isn’t an issue at all. Communication with the owners was excellent

Blissful trip
Perfect location. Near everything and most importantly metres from the gorgeous beach As a number of people say finding the key is a pain! May I suggest a photo of the black box so it is easily identifiable! Overall lovely clean apartment in fabulous location The apartment is spacious and well equipped and very clean. The area is stunning.

The view from the balcony can't be beat. Everything you need along the lovely promenade within 5 minutes walk. Hated to leave this apartment and would love to return. The whole experience was a "5"! Getting the key was fine, could give a little more instruction on where the apartment actually is along the promenade. Thank you!

Great location in the port
A nice apartment in a great location in the port with wonderful views from the balcony. It is on the sea front in the Repic area of the beach, close to many cafes and restaurants and the little Spar supermarket. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, it's a little on the older side and be aware that the only air conditioner is in the living room at the front of the flat whereas the bedrooms are in the back, we were fine if we left both bedroom doors open at night, but might not work for everyone.

The location was fantastic! But the apartment needs some renovation! We couldn’t use the small bathrooms shower! The lift didn’t work all the time ! Bad information about in and check out!

Unrivalled location at the slightly less touristy (and nicer) end of Port de Soller. Nice apartment that was very clean, spacious and well equipped with a parking space. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great apartment in a great location
Really nice place to stay. Parking space at the nearby hotel is a rare gem in Port of Sóller. Location is superb, right on the promenade and beach; therefore quite busy but all goes quiet when the restaurants close. The apartment is comfy and well appointed, a little dated but fine. Aircon is in the living room, bedrooms have fans. My only criticism is the directions given to find the apartment, really unclear and led to a hot and stressful arrival. Also we had no instructions as to where to empty rubbish or recycling so ended up leaving everything bagged in the apartment - that did not feel good and resulted in a generous tip left for the cleaner! Overall though I highly recommend this apartment, we had a lovely week and would happily return.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Port de Soller. Die Wohnung war sehr schön gelegen und wirklich genauso wie beschrieben. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Es war ausreichend Platz für drei Personen. Allerdings konnten wir das zweite Bad nicht nutzen. Es hat sehr unangenehm nach Abwasser gerochen. Auch die Betten könnten mal erneuert werden, sehr wackelig. Es gibt viele Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und die Busanbindung ist gut.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub auf Mallorca
Wunderschöne, große und saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon zur Strandpromenade, fantastischer Blick über die gesamte Bucht von Soller. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Weiteres Plus : der kostenfreie Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder !!!

Urlaub mit Traumblick
Fewo mit Traumblick in toller Lage. Direkt über der Strandpromenade natürlich mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Schattige Lage des Balkons im Sommer ein großer Vorteil. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok, Bäder sehr klein. Fazit: Schöner, für uns einmaliger Familienurlaub, da preislich zu den neuen Konditionen nicht mehr passend.

Appartement très bien situé avec belle vue sur la mer. Équipement complet, beaucoup de serviettes de bain et serviettes de plage fournies ( ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas). Le ménage était impeccable et nous avons été accueillis par un petit bouquet de fleurs fraîches et une bouteille de rosé 😀. Le parking est à quelques minutes à pied et c’est un plus dans ce quartier très touristique. Les chambres sont cotées cours donc très au calme. Nous reviendrons là sans aucun doute si nous retournons à port Soller

Sehr schönes und großes Apartment mit einem Balkon zum Meer. Alles sauber und ordentlich und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Anreise war etwas holprig, da nicht ganz klar war wo sich das Apartment genau befindet. Das Apartment selber war zu der Jahreszeit etwas kalt, es gab jedoch eine Klimaanlage mit der man es warm machen konnte. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt und können Port de Soller auf jeden Fall empfehlen! :-)

Lage und Ausstattung
Nov.2022 Gebäude: Ecklage am Ende der Bucht an einer Nebenstraße, 2 Eingänge. Parken auf großem Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude kostenlos (Nebensaison). Schmaler Kiesstrand direkt vor der Tür. Die Lokale im EG waren geschlossen. Gebäude hellhörig. Fahrstuhl sehr klein (2 Personen und 1 Koffer), sehr enges Treppenhaus. Schlüssel hat immer gehakt . Ausstattung : Küchenutensilien (Besteck, Kaffeemaschine usw.) teilweise sehr alt und unangemessen. Elektrik alt und sanierungsbedürftig. 4 einfache Einzelbetten, 90x190cm Metallgestell. Sehr einfach. Alte Schränke und Kommoden. Badezimmer: Duschwanne 60x60cm mit Vorhang, daneben WC und Waschbecken, Raum ist nur etwas für 'schlanke' Menschen (170cm,80kg) mit wenig Bewegungsdrang. Anderes Bad mit Wanne , WC usw. Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer: bequeme Möbel, moderne Tische. Alles andere Erbstücke. Lampen, Bilder usw. aus einer anderen Zeit. Lamellentüren: Scharniere rostig. Balkon ohne Liegestühle. Tisch und 4 Stühle okay. Fernseher ca. 50cm Diagonale, winzig. Wir haben ihn nicht ausprobiert. Fazit: 1 Woche Urlaub für 2 Personen ohne hohe Ansprüche möglich. Preis/Leistung unangemessen. Lage zum Wasser top. Kontakt mit Vermieterin vorhanden, aber auf englisch schwierig. Sie kannte die Bezeichnung des Appartements "D" nicht konnte uns nicht helfen, wollte aber jemanden zur Hilfe schicken. Wir haben das Problem dann aber selber gelöst. Standort Mülltonnen wurde falsch angegeben, die Beschreibung um an den Schlüssel zu kommen hat auch bei uns nicht funktioniert. Hotel Marina hat geholfen. Es befand sich keine Infomappe in der Wohnung. Es besteht offensichtlich kein ernstes Interesse diese private Wohnung zu vermieten. Fazit: Wir haben uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert und die Woche trotz heftigen Unwetters, Sturm und aber auch viel Sonne genossen. Wir (60+) bedanken uns für den Rotwein und die Orangen von der Vermieterin.
