"We chose this property for the views and we weren’t at all disappointed. Stunning! We were prepared for the trek up to the apartment from the beach but only because we read this in a review. It really needs to be made clear in the description and that there are approx 220 steps to the apartment, as that would be completely unsuitable for some. For us, the view at the end made it all worthwhile."

"In the old part of Palma but near the newer part allowed walking to many places. It had everything I needed and close to grocery store etc. Clean and comfortable, not too much noise from the street."

From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. Outside the apartment was an amazing square with restaurants, bars, and music. Everything from sites, beaches, busses, and more importantly, gelato was a easy walk away. The information packet they provided as well was extremely helpful to find everything you will need. Please be aware however...

First the apartment is in a great area, the bed is extremely comfortable and there are lots of shelves and storage in both the bedroom and the bathroom to unpack and store your things- which is very rare. And the hosts (Santi & Angela) are absolutely amazing. Incredibly flexible and oh so KIND!!! My husband fell and had to go to the hospital and they came with their entire family to visit and brought some things we needed from the apartment. ...

"The apartment is quite Spartan,however ,everything one requires,is there and more importantly,everything works. One criticism,the gallery bedroom is accessed by a galvanazed steel stairway,with check plate treads,make sure you use shoes to visit the toilet in the night Loved the position,and the staff at Priority Villas were more than helpful."

"We enjoyed an excellent stay in Angela’s lovely apartment. The location is first class as it is only 15 steps up from the marina behind the Kingfisher Restaurant with numerous excellent restaurants all in walking distance. The accommodation is a true home from home with everything you could possibly need.
