"Great hotel with, a nice location- close to the metro stations and close to major attractions. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, and Sagrada Familia. My room was excellent too, with two large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Also loved the buffet breakfast. "

"Place is amazing like a dream with a big terrace on the top floor. Made me feel like I live there for a few days. Only thing I didn’t like was cleanings of the floors, and hot wain a shower works for 5-10min and then it’s just cold "

"It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air...

"Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

"We liked that the apartment is undergoing major renovations and they are doing a fairly good job about it, but the furnishings need updating as well. The kitchen is well appointed, although we did not use it. The location makes it suitable to visit anywhere on foot; restaurants, the beautiful botanic garden, and even the train station is reachable by walking, unless one is laden with excessive luggage. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. "

One night stop over

"Stayed for one night as arrived at Valencia on an evening flight . We had a long drive to our destination so booked a night in Travel lodge to drive the following day in the light Worked out perfectly. There is a great little independent pizza restaurant along the road (Opposite Burger King) "

"Rooms exactly as described on the hotel website. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast is outstanding. The spa was closed when we stayed which Expedia hadn’t made us aware of. The hotel did not communicate this (the website front page didn’t mention it , it was in small print on one page of you clicked on the actual page for the spa). But Ramon was great and compensated us accordingly. In door pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped for a hotel!! Will return. "

Great location, wonderful friendly & quirky hotel

"We have stayed here once before and chose to go again due to its position and that it is quirky not the usual run of the mill. We had a very good room which had a lounge and separate bedroom both which were large and also had a very large balcony with excellent views of the city. We added breakfast to our room rate and it was an excellent move as the choice and quality were very good. Staff are great - friendly and helpful. All in all a great choice and we would stay again and recommend it. One point to consider is that the corridors to the rooms are narrow and the lift is tiny. One thing that would enhance my stay would be a kettle or coffee maker in the room, By the way, wonderful toiletries in the room which we appreciated."
