"Our airline lost my baggage but Nadia, front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind in our unfortunate situation. After one week my bag was found and Nadia telephoned me to let me know that it would be stored at the hotel. Excellent customer service Nadia!!!"

"Great hotel. Really friendly staff. There was an issue with check-in (room wasn't made up). Gave us two free drinks as an apology, but only certain drinks were counted.
