Welcome to Point Of Rocks! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on a canal in Port Charlotte. This home offers the ideal blend of comfort and outdoor living, with a private pool and water views from the dock that create a peaceful retreat.

Step inside to find a welcoming living space, where natural light flows through the large windows, highlighting the open floor plan. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the adjacent dining area offers a lovely setting for family meals.

The kitchen is well-appointed, featuring appliances and counter space for all your culinary needs. Each of the three bedrooms is designed for comfort, providing ample space for rest and relaxation. The primary bedroom has a two queen-size beds, and access to the pool through the set of sliding glass doors. The primary bathroom has an updated vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a double-size bed, with a TV. The third bedroom has a double-size bed, with a TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Outside, your private oasis awaits. The sparkling pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space, ideal for cooling off on warm Florida days.

Located in Port Charlotte, this home is close to local amenities, shopping, dining, and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Whether you're looking for a full-time residence or a vacation getaway, this property offers the best of Florida living.

Garage is not accessible for guests use. It has been converted to a game room. Guests can park in the driveway.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Pool is not heated.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

Property was beautiful, however it was not stocked with the basic necessities that all vrbos have. Also, the instructions for the key code were not correct for entering and locking upWe couldn’t use the pool because it was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We could not adjust the thermostat you needed a passcode to get in. It got to the point we were tired of calling property management Who didn’t do anything? It was very disappointing that we could not use the pool. management.
