Cozy Tiny Home ideally located in the heart of Port Charlotte. You're surrounded by things to do in every direction! Downtown Punta Gorda is 7 miles away, Port Charlotte Beach is 3 miles down the road and local shopping is less than a mile away. Sun Seekers resort will be coming in Oct and is just 6 miles south on U.S 41. There are also several golf courses nearby for golf enthusiasts. Great location, excellent property and communicative host
The property is exactly as described, cozy and quaint get away. Lodging can be difficult to find in Port Charlotte. This place is clean and convenient. The bed is comfortable and the shower gets hot! The host was friendly and communicative! I would recommend this location to friends and family and return!

Quiet, clean & quaint!
Stephen was a great host. We stay in the area annually and will definitely stay here again. We had everything we needed and the area is very close to a lot of good restaurants, and shops, not to mention a short ride to many awesome beaches. The house was very clean and Stephen answered all our questions and responded very promptly when we needed something. Great spot for a great price! Thank you!!!

Great stay, will be back if I am in town again
Stephen was a great host. The house was exactly what I needed and a good price. Perfect for a solo traveler. Has all the essentials(mini kitchen, bathroom, shower, air conditioning, tv, place to store clothes and a comfortable bed). Felt very safe there and not far from food and stores.
